Dear Uhaul services, I’d like to start off by saying I had an awful experience at one of your locations from start to finish. When I came in for my reservation the old lady at the register who wears glasses was dressed so unprofessional, her hair was a mess, her breath was disgusting and to top it off she harassed me. She looked homeless to be honest. I told her who I was and for some reason she started asking me for my personal information. This was unacceptable. I obviously checked in to “save time” and I was there for a while. She did not check my ID. When it was time to “add” the movers insurance I kindly declined. She told me at that time I had to get it because everyone get it. I kindly stated no thank you again! She then had the nerve to tell me she was going to find something wrong with the truck when I return it so I can pay the fine and regret not getting the insurance. Who the hell does that? There was a gentleman who took me outside after check in, this man must have been under the influence of either alcohol and or drugs from the way he was walking, talking and smelled. He just handed me the keys! and started waiving. I was the one who insisted in checking the truck for additional damage and to make sure the miles and gas were correct. Why is it that this employee did not know what he was doing? At the return of the truck, we were approached by another man who was just as horrible as the last two. He told us that the gas was low and I had to pull up the picture on my phone and the little pamphlet I was given to show him that it was not. He said he was allowed to charge us an extra $30 for brining it with low gas. I told him multiple times that this is how the gas was given us. After he saw I was upset and I was not going to take his shit he calmed down. This has been the worst of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I am requesting a full refund. I will assure to never use your moving services again and I will let family and friends know about this experience so we can take our business elsewhere. If this request is not processed, I will be proceeding with legal actions regarding the experience I encountered.

The inside of the cab, as well as the back were very dirty. Had to sweep out the back and put cardboard down before loading my things. The customer service, however, was very good.

first of all when you call to reserve a truck the rep tells you that you pay nothing in advance and there is no deposit. Then when you get there they need a credit card and place a hold on your funds. Then when i returned the vehicle they tried to charge me more which they did and I ended up overpaying because the employees at the facility didnt know what they were doing. I had to call customer service and then i had to explain it to the manager on how to close my account. It was ridiculous, they were not trained properly. Worst uhaul experience ive ever encountered. I wish I could get my money back if that was possible.

Be more consistent and accurate regarding information you provide customers. I selected the "Self-Pick-Up" option, and even called in to ask about the service, and was told there would be a kiosk I would use to pick-up the van, but there actually was no kiosk and it was not "self-pick-up". When I arrived at the location, I had to wait 45 minutes to pick-up the van I reserved due to technical difficulties on the shop attendant's side. Nothing was done to compensate for my lost in crucial time needed to move that day. The van's door-locking system was faulty. I would tell a friend about the location, but will make sure to tell them about the trouble I had to go through to pick-up the rental.

The location and service was great. You need to improve your reservation systemb I did my reservation a month in advanced and was moved to three different locations and delayed for hours before I could pick up the truck.

I asked him not to put insurance and he still put it on there, didn't notice till I got home. They did not want to remove it even after I asked him to please remove it. Talked to the manager and she said you signed the contract , nice it was not my error !

Have more than one person working. Because I was held over a half hour so that they could have their customers who bought one or two sodas and one man bought a bag of ice and they put all of their customers ahead of me and acted as if I wasn't worth serving, & they treated me as if I were an interruption, And very unimportant. I am extremely disappointed, I had made prior arrangements a week in advance and called a day in advance just to make sure everything was set up and ready to go. Since they put everyone else ahead of me I was very late to my pick up appointment. It is too bad they did not see me as an importance customer also. I was treated as if my time was not as valuable as someone buying a soda for $1.50, while I was spending almost $100 renting a truck . I would never ever use the services at this location again. I have Been a U-Haul customer for over 30 years now, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with them or any other company. I am sorry to say that the company I have used for so long has become so bad at this location. And I don't believe that they should be representing U-Haul.
