The Clerk was alone in the store and couldn't help me until most all customer were gone, had to wait about 20 min. She was not up to speed on truck returns, she admitted she was not good with computers. Maybe more training need to be given.

Make sure you have workers explain Cary clearly how things go. I just paid for gas that I didn't use your worker inspected the truck and so did I the gas gage was clearly one line before empty and that what i gave it back to your drop off location and I had to put in gas in past half tank because ur worker should have caught that and I should have been explained to me poor customer service.

Two weeks before my move, I wanted to make sure that we had everything in place since it was the end of the month and everyone usually moves at that time. I called the reservation center and reserved a 17ft truck and an appliance dolly. A few days later, I realized that there was a location that was closer and decided to change our reservation since it would save us mileage. When I gave the reservation number, the representative stated that there was no truck attached to the reservation. Only a regular dolly and moving blankets. It was slightly annoying, but I was glad that I caught it in time. It was moving day and we were ready to pick up the truck and the dolly. To my surprise we were given a 15ft TRUCK AND A REGULAR DOLLY. We were not happy at all. We took the truck and dolly, but knew that we had to stop at another place to get the appliance dolly. Since the pick up location did not have one available. This delayed our WHOLE moving day. No matter how many times I called to confirm our reservation, everything was completely wrong. We had to move in two trips because the truck was not big enough. I am extremely upset with the reservation process as well as the outcome of my Uhaul experience. This delay was not only frustrating, it cost us valuable time. The next day, we received a call to determine if we were going to return the truck on time. I felt like we were being rushed, especially with everything else that happened with Uhaul. We are very disappointed in the service that Uhaul provided and will express our experience to friends and family.

They had no idea why the truck we rented was not there!!!! She supposed they rent it out, but than a rental truck show up and it took 1 hour to to paper work as waiting 20 to figure out where our truck wash , then Nancy the lady that helped Us had no idea how to do the paperwork from beginning to end more than 1hours to get out of there, when we returned it for five hours later she had no idea how to do the paperwork after 30 minutes later we just left, I said "Nancy please just bill us , you have our information "

employee did not know how to hook up trailer. no wiring available for lights. Was sent to another location where wiring was available. Was told by the employee at the Chino location I would receive a discount for my time and inconvenience.
