Truck was not clean when I received it, it smelled like cigarette smoke and the truck was in need of major service. Transmission was not shifting. Overall bad experience.

I was very angry and upset about this return experience. I returned the Uhaul an hour early. I had gassed the truck up to the level and waited inside for my receipt. The attendant, Lisa Mosqueda was the only cashier working at this time, as as people began to form in the line, she assisted those people while I tried to wait patiently. She then informs me that the gas level was under 3/4 level as she continued to assist other customers. I informed her it was where it was when I picked it up and had a gas receipt and pictures. She then tells me I can go check myself (as a stall tactic), while she continued to assist others. I admit I lost it and did curse, and she of course accused me of yelling, which infuriated me even more! She then went back out to check it and gave me a receipt! This DROP OFF experience was the WORST I’ve ever had, and I am a loyal Uhaul customer. I did call the pickup locale to complain!

I reserved a 17ft truck 4 weeks prior. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my pick up time, but they rented it out. I was asked to take a 15ft and I was told I would be comp'd $10/day for the inconvenience. When I returned, I was told that I would not get the credit. I am very disappointed. If you can please credit, I would appreciate it.

It took over 30 minutes for the guy (David) working the desk to figure out how to work the computer to get me the uhaul I reserved. This usually takes no more than 5 minutes. Not to mention, I get the truck to my house and the inside is filled with leaves and dirt. I usually have an excellent expirence renting uhaul but this time was horrible.

The mileage on the odometer was more than the mileage on the receipt when leaving the location. Meaning initially you're already losing a mile of your paid for distance. They need to make sure to confirm that all information is accurate prior to charging people and prior to putting the equipment as available. Other than that the location was great and the staff were helpful and professional.

Excellent job of helping me with the paperwork for the truck rental. Yes she also had a regular cash register line for those getting gas and purchasing items but she was so fast and did an excellent job multitasking that she had my transaction completed in a very timely manner and way faster than the uhaul I usually rent from. She was fast, friendly and seriously the best multi-tasking person I've seen.

This comment is not regarding the Pomona location, but rather U-Haul in general. We reserved a 17 foot truck two weeks in advance, and the place U-Haul sent us to not only did not have the 17-footer that we reserved, the gentleman that work there said that they never carry 17 Footers. Then he used his system to try to locate another 17-footer to fulfill our reservation and there were no 17ft trucks available anywhere in our vicinity. Needless to say, we had to drive to multiple sites and lost about an hour and 20 minutes of move time due to this inconvenience. We were told by U-Haul that we would receive a $50 refund for our inconvenience. I am writing to verify and make sure that this happens. Thank you.

Carefully count the number of moving pads. We received 12 pads, but were preliminarily charged for 24.
