first of all when you call to reserve a truck the rep tells you that you pay nothing in advance and there is no deposit. Then when you get there they need a credit card and place a hold on your funds. Then when i returned the vehicle they tried to charge me more which they did and I ended up overpaying because the employees at the facility didnt know what they were doing. I had to call customer service and then i had to explain it to the manager on how to close my account. It was ridiculous, they were not trained properly. Worst uhaul experience ive ever encountered. I wish I could get my money back if that was possible.

Be more consistent and accurate regarding information you provide customers. I selected the "Self-Pick-Up" option, and even called in to ask about the service, and was told there would be a kiosk I would use to pick-up the van, but there actually was no kiosk and it was not "self-pick-up". When I arrived at the location, I had to wait 45 minutes to pick-up the van I reserved due to technical difficulties on the shop attendant's side. Nothing was done to compensate for my lost in crucial time needed to move that day. The van's door-locking system was faulty. I would tell a friend about the location, but will make sure to tell them about the trouble I had to go through to pick-up the rental.

The location and service was great. You need to improve your reservation systemb I did my reservation a month in advanced and was moved to three different locations and delayed for hours before I could pick up the truck.

I asked him not to put insurance and he still put it on there, didn't notice till I got home. They did not want to remove it even after I asked him to please remove it. Talked to the manager and she said you signed the contract , nice it was not my error !

Need to check instrument panel for faults, ie ABS, Service lights ect. My truck the ABS light came on several times and the engine oil light was on.

Have more than one person working. Because I was held over a half hour so that they could have their customers who bought one or two sodas and one man bought a bag of ice and they put all of their customers ahead of me and acted as if I wasn't worth serving, & they treated me as if I were an interruption, And very unimportant. I am extremely disappointed, I had made prior arrangements a week in advance and called a day in advance just to make sure everything was set up and ready to go. Since they put everyone else ahead of me I was very late to my pick up appointment. It is too bad they did not see me as an importance customer also. I was treated as if my time was not as valuable as someone buying a soda for $1.50, while I was spending almost $100 renting a truck . I would never ever use the services at this location again. I have Been a U-Haul customer for over 30 years now, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with them or any other company. I am sorry to say that the company I have used for so long has become so bad at this location. And I don't believe that they should be representing U-Haul.

The staff is very helpful
First i had to wait there longer than need be because of a system error .the employee did great in trying to resolve the issue but it was still an inconvenience . 2nd my bill total was $41.47 and when i arrived home i checked my account online and $49.08 was billed to my account .i think that is unacceptable . It is a small amout but if this happens to others it adds up. I will no longer use Uhaul.

The clerk Nancy at the return was fantastic we let her know our concerns with the overdrive not working me having to put oil in the unit and that this is not a gentle ride van that's for sure

The Clerk was alone in the store and couldn't help me until most all customer were gone, had to wait about 20 min. She was not up to speed on truck returns, she admitted she was not good with computers. Maybe more training need to be given.
