This U-Haul place on sprout Springs Road in flowery branch Georgia. Yes I would recommend them that was professional. And they will have their customers in anyway. But the one in New York no way no how I would recommend them.mark G.

My biggest problem with I haul is the lack of equipment. Twice now I have used uhaul and order additional moving equipment and they did not have the equipment there, it's very frustrating to anticipate and plan your move to have to due without what you wanted and/or have to use substituted equipmentCharlene P.

The rental location is fine. The truck was filthy inside. There was a used Q-tip in the armrest on the drivers side and other trash in the cab. The interior was coated with dirt/dust and it smelled. There was a gash in the sidewall of the tire which looked unsafe. The windshield wipers were old and did not provide sufficient wiping ability for us to see when the heavy rain started. Poorest experience we have ever had when renting a truck.Floyd A.

The truck's steering was surprisingly bad for a vehicle with only 136890.0 miles. It was wandering all over the road. The tiers were out of balance and it was a chore to keep it in the lane. The steering seems worn out and dangerous to have an unskilled driver to operate.JOHN C.

My understanding was that a hand cart always came in the Uhaul trucks, but mine did not have one. I guess make it clear next time whether or not you have to purchase a hand cart to come with the truck.HARRISON M.

I had a flat tire and had to wait five hours on the side of the road and then get a hotel room I was not reimbursed for food I had to pay for extra mileage to drive to the hotel and that cost me fuel and overage on my miles. This was not fair this was not what I expected from U-Haul. I was supposed to be reimbursed for my mileage instead I had to pay for the mileage and an extra day even though I had a flat and had to stay in a hotel for almost 16 hours waiting on a vendor to repair the trailerJONATHAN C.

Has nothing to do with the location. They are great! We couldn't log in to do the online pickup when we reached the pick up location which set us back 3 hours. We had to pay double due to that. The truck was old and had a very bad exhaust leak. Horrible!Karen R.

Truck cab was icky dirty. Handtruck had not been secured in back. Driving it was a challenge as it appears to need an alignment...steering wheel and tires didn't seem to be in sync. Location was great, staff was friendly and welcoming, price was ideal! Would return if need a rental again.CARYN M.
