It was a Dunkin' Donuts and they knew nothing about the Uhaul, mailroom was closed also we were told to just leave the u haul with keys under seat, originally told me to just drive around and find a place that would take the truck.... what??? We had an Uber waiting and a flight to catch, never ever again!Genevieve J.

Location did not open on time, in fact, The location opened 20 minutes late. This 20 minutes may seem like nothing but it cost me money. Also, the gentleman behind the counter, David, stated that he couldn't help me because the server was down and it was U-Haulâ€˜s fault. He instructed me to call U-Haul on the phone and take care of it myself. My suggestion to improving this for the next person would be to monitor the pick up point much more carefully.JESUS MANUEL V.

There is almost no signage for where you need to park the Uhaul truck after hours. Since this location is in between two parking lots, I wasn't sure where to park. The drop box for the key was also very difficult to find at night. The image of where it should be is either wrong or misleading. I had to go behind the building where it was pitch black and difficult to see.Christopher R.

Someone returned the truck when the store was closed so it was not checked in. I dont think the driver compartment was ever cleaned or sanitized. The sales associate had some personal problems & arrived late to the store delaying our departure by 1/2 hour made even worse by U-Haul changing the location pickup to much further away & an hour later. The associate was very nice & professional & tried to get us checked out as quick as he could. The location did not have the furniture dolly that we needed. He tried to get us some additional credit but we had to call U-Haul back to work it out & since we were running so far behind schedule we never got a chance to call.joseph H.
The person at store was rude, inconsiderate and not prepared....I had checked in via email... he didn't have my information and made me wait 45 minutes to help mekathleen S.

Check in was cumbersome. Agent had no idea what to do. Took over 20 minutes. Had to have him call another person to verify who I was even though I had a contract and my license. What is that about? Not pleasant. Then van had large hand cart I didn't want but had to take. Not a good experience. Also, this was a one-way move and gas tank was almost empty. I had to estimate how much gas I needed. THIS IS A PANDEMIC!!! Dropped truck off with almost half a tank more than I got when I picked it up. NOT HAPPYDaniel J S.
