When I returned the vehicle, I made sure that everything was clean but he charged me $28 cleaning fees anyway. Also I put gas up to half the tank but it show on the report that it was 3/8 of the tank. As for the personnel performance I can't really comment anything because the office was closed when I returned the truck.
Serge FI had trouble with the scanning the location barcode, thankfully the owner was there and was able to process me through fast. I had no issues dropping the truck off.
