Skip OPersonnel unhooked the car from the dolly and assisted in guiding it off. They then unhooked the dolly completely for us. They had also offered to stay over a little past closing if needed to allow us to drop the dolly since we were coming from a 2 day trip. I highly recommend this location.

ROBERT SClosed. There was no personnel to be helpful. No sign from main entrance on where 24 hour drop off was. Drove around the property and finally found it; limited parking for drop off.

He was VERY easy to work with, the truck was in great condition and he met me outside when I returned (which was appreciated because I had spent a few hours hauling furniture!). Cynthia FFirst, I reserved the truck online on 4/16 for a 4/23 rental. Received many confirmations of such at same location. On my way to rental I called and found out that this confirmed location does not even inventory 10ft trucks!! Had to call U-Haul and travel further to another place. It took 30 minutes to pick up my vehicle because the person did not know how to check out and had to call someone else. This caused me a 2 hr delay in meeting movers which caused me an additional financial strain. My mileage was underestimated despite giving address to address. When I returned the truck there was no notification that I went over mileage or that the gas was 1 line under what was dispatched . I found out when my card was charged. In addition, U-Haul charged me for an entire additional day because I returned the vehicle at 945 am instead of 9am. I did not leave the Uhaul until 945 on dispatch day so why was 9 am listed as my rental start time. Because of this experience I will never use U-Haul again and I will certainly share this experience with as many people as possible.
