The truck was well maintained, but the in-person customer service was unacceptable. I would never rent from this facility again. I rented another U-Haul vehicle from Compass Storage in Ponte Vedra, FL the next day and received exceptional customer service. U-Haul may want to review their relationship with Golf Cart Mike’s Rentals.
