Kimberley AThe trailer didn’t have a jack to lift it off my vehicle and it was too have to lift myself so I wasn’t able to remove the trailer from my vehicle until I returned it. The furniture pads they provided were full of leaves (plus whatever else I couldn’t see). I reserved the trailer online at my local uhaul store but received a call 1 day prior to pick up saying my local store didn’t have a trailer available and I had to drive an additional 25 minutes in the opposite direction to go to another store that had one. All of these things contributed to an overall poor experience.
