Customer service extremely poor, over 45 min to pick up a trailer. The rep was more concerned about the incoming phone calls and her teenage son's lost keys. Trailer had debris left inside. I called later that day to see if it was possible to drop the trailer at a different location and the gentleman on the phone became very agitated and would not let me speak and hung up while I was trying to explain that I understood the agreement. He called back 2 more times very agitated and demanding that I return the trailer to his location. I told him that I would return the trailer to his location both times and both times he hung up while I was talking. I dropped the trailer off two hours before the deadline at his location as requested. I will never do business here again nor recommend this business to anyone.Matthew J.

Poor experience with Uhaul. I reserved my equipment and arrived to pickup, only to find out that it was rented to another customer the day before. I had to make a separate reservation, then return the truck later in the day to swap for my original reservation. No associates were there to assist with returning and renting the truck. I had to drive an additional 50 miles to return the truck the next day. I have spoken to numerous Uhaul employees and have not been reimbursed for the additional miles, and have not received the guaranteed $50 for a reservation that was not completed. I have also attempted to contact the area field manager, who has not responded or attempted to help.Lukas D.

We paid for the reservation online for a 2 day rental. When we showed up, we were treated as if we were trying to rent their personal vehicle. Was asked to bring it back in 1 night even though we paid for 2. Then we had also paid for a dolly which he forgot to put in the truck and I had to go back and get. Terrible customer service. The lady at the desk was completely rude the minute I walked in. No greetings/pleasantries, I was asked what I needed in a curt tone. The office had a corner sectioned off with baby gate where an older dog was kept. Of course the entire office stunk. When it was time for the lady to hook up the trailer she was frustrated/impatient so I stepped in and hooked myself up. 100% bad experienceAdebowale A.

The process of getting the trailer was horrible. I reserved it for Denver CO and after confirming the day before, I was driving 8 hours down to Denver when I received a call stating there was no trailer available in Denver and they automatically changed my reservation, without my consent, to pick up the trailer in Delta CO which is 4 hours away so another 8 hour round trip!!!! AS IF THAT WAS NO BOTHER!!!!! REALLY????? I was able to change the reservation to Cheyenne WY with 4 phone calls - 3 of which the agent hung up on me so I had to call back..... My friend rented 2 UHaul trucks 3 weeks later and it was the same issue. She called, reserved 2 trucks, 2 weeks in advance, confirmed the day before and had a call stating they could not provide the trucks. She was forced to get smaller trucks and had to return them to the same location which added mileage which they would not compensate for appropriately. Honestly, due to both these experiences, I will never do business with UHaul again.linda L.

Above and beyond. I broke down in Cheyenne just before closing. Good Guys Auto Sales was still open so I managed to get a auto trailer reserved for when my buddy would roll into town later that night. Bobby was willing to come back later that night, after closing, to verify the trailer hookup and get us on our way back to South Dakota.CODY M.
We picked up our trailer and the owner of this U-Haul location was very helpful with his instructions concerning hooking up and unhooking the trailer hitch. He took pictures of the condition of trailer, so we would not be held liable for any prior dents on the trailer and he swept it out for our use. Pick-up and return went very smoothly for us. Absolute worst experience! I would never use or recommend this location again. There was nothing â€œgoodâ€ about Good Guys Auto. I used the uhaul truck for 4 hours and went a total of 4.3 miles according to Google. I dropped the truck off and it was still on full gas. I really didn't go far. I was charged for 7 miles (even though the owner said I went 4) and he charged me $10 for a gas surcharge, claiming that I had brought it back under full. To make things worse, when I got to UHaul afterward to â€œdiscussâ€ the charges, I was told to get off the property and threatened. The owner told me to meet him down the street so he could fight me. I wish I was making it up, but the man's son even came out and threatened me as well. Again, this made the UHaul experience absolutely horrible and I would never recommend this location to anyone.CAMERON MICHAEL S.

I originally rented from the U-Haul facility at U-Haul moving and storage I went in person to reserve fo Sat 8- 5 went in on line checked in put my drivers license number in your system. My wife was ill in the morning and I was an hour late for the pick up. I walked in and they told me they tried to call me ( no voicemail message) and since i dud not answer the phone they rented the last vehicle. Luckily for me U-Haul had one vehicle of a lager size available and would be the same price. Why bother having an on line check in if you are not going to honor reservations. If i rent 8-5 and show up at noon i still should have my rental till 5pm. No excuse next time i rent it will be PenskeDANA H.
Staff were not prepared to help me and wanted me to come back in an hour. Their lunch was more of a priority than giving excellent customer service. The trailer had not been cleaned out. I had to request the packing blankets again, since the staff was in a hurry to leave and forgot about them. The guy running the shop seemed really condescending and honestly a little rude, just because I am a female does not mean that I'm ignorant to towing a vehicle, I also didn't appreciate the 500 questions I was asked that honestly didn't seem necessary. I booked my rental online entered all of my information and the specs of the vehicles towing and being towed, so why was I being questioned about how long I would be, where I was going if I knew how to tow a vehicle, things of that nature, then asking me to text him when I got back so he could teach me how to unhook a trailer, again I've towed rvs I'm aware how to attach a trailer. The comment about most women don't know how to back in a trailer was also unnecessary, and that I could just park it in the street since I was incapable of backing it back into the spot designated for it, I made sure to back it into the tight spot to prove my point. I rented the trailer for 12 hours according to the website and paid for the term of my rental, so why was I being told to be back by 6pm when that was only 3.5 hours from the time I took the trailer out? All and all bad experience, first one I've ever had with uhaul ever. Very unfortunateKRYSTLE KIRIN P.
