The truck was not ready to do our drive! The door broke in the back of the truck and almost crushed us. My husband needed two people to open the door it was like 300 lbs. the truck pulled to the right so bad my husband had a very hard 18 hr drive back home with our 1 year old son. When he hit any road bumps or anything kinda bumpy on the road the wheel would like fly to the side and my husband would have to recorrect it quickly. Very disappointed we are have rental U-Haul before and have done this drive and it was great but this time makes me question going back.i also called to talk to someone about this and I’ve waited a week and still haven’t talked to anyone that could help me. I also called again and still nothing.
