DO NOT GO HERE!! The man working there was EXTREMELY rude. My husband and I arrived to drop off our uhaul. (Mind you, we've never had a uhaul before let alone been to this location before.) there is no direction on where exactly to park the uhaul so we park it parallel to the building. There was a sign on the door that said "do not open the door. Ring bell for assistance." So we ring the bell. No answer. Meanwhile I can see in the distance, 3 people hitching a trailer to their car. After a few more minutes, we ring the bell again. No answer. But this time, one of the me ln that was with the couple hitching the trailer, YELLS at us saying "Can't you see I'm over here?!" I respond Back "I dont Know who you are. Please don't talk to me like that." How would I know he worked there? Also, if you heard us ringing the first time and you are busy, a simple "hello I will Be right there" would have been great. He finally comes over "what do you need?" I tell Him we are here to drop off the uhaul. He then points to a website written in a key drop off box and tells us to follow the directions to drop off and asks "Where did you park?" I show him. "No you can't park there. That's the other properties drive way. You need to back up and move it." (We have a 20ft uhaul with a car dolly attached.) I then Tell him "I'm sorry but we are not comfortable backing this up." He says "it's fine. You gotta move it." And he starts walking away towards where he wants us to move it to. I turn To my husband and jokingly say "I dont Want you to reverse and damage anything and us get charged $4k" the man then turns around and tells me "I wouldnt see a penny of that anyway so.." I respond back "what? Im speaking to my husband. What is your problem? Why are you so rude?" He responds "well you said something so Im going to say something back." Im like "yea that's not how customer service works." I could Still hear him talking back to me as he was out of earshot but I chose To just be quiet at this point. I have Never been spoken to like this by someone working customer service. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to customers. AWFUL "customer service". The actual location itself was dirty and disorganized. It looked like a junkyard. I do not know the mans name unfortunately but he was a middle-eastern man with glasses.Justin W.

Your rep was super helpful during the reservation process, but I could not get any help when returning the trailer. Your app would not show picture of proof of being clean. It just kept recycling requesting a pictureMichael O.
I dropped it off here because I found it was closest to our new home, once i got the lay of the area. There was no personal contact, just a voice that said to put the keys in the drop box. Had the voice asked my name and warned me that i was not on the list for their location and would pay an exhorbitant amount, i would have found the assigned place which was twice as far from our house. However, no such interaction or warning ever occurred.EDWARD K.
Called about cleaning charge and they said dog hair was in the cab. Told them I do not own a dog and had no dogs in the vehicle. Did nothing about it. I cleaned the whole vehicle out. Apparently I was responsible to clean up after the last person who used it too.Mike M.

They refuse to help me and others who came during normal business operation hours of aprx 2PM. Then when in frustation we just drop the key in the box they charge us an extra $20 for their assistance on the returned vehicle. I have been to them a number of times thinking I caut them on a bad day. But no it is the same story every time. I ring their door bell then a voice on a speaker says, "no one is here"!!! I will never go to GOSINE Corp on 39900 County road 25 in Lady Lake FL...Uhaul should pull all euipment from them and put them out of business. Plus, I found some one elses property in the truck and they did not want to hear about it!!!DONALD N.

Every other company I have used had taxes included in the price. You all charged taxes after the quote to make it look like you were in the same price range. On top of that you also don't provide unlimited mileage as the others (Budget and Penske). I am very disappointed in how you quote prices and do not include taxes at time of reservation. I would have to be in a bad spot to use u-haul again. I will not ever recommend u-haul either. I am disappointed and feel taken advantage of.Joshua L.

After hours drop off. Celled ahead of time for any special instructions or concerns. Representative curt and short on phone. Could not find adequate space where told to park trailer. Overall experience with U-Haul not good. Demeaning and condescending email instructions. Was told I had to have my hitch verified before pickup. Went to 3 different dealers and was told they didn't do hitches. At pickup, hitch was not discussed. I believe the reason for this runaround was I refused their to buy their insurance.JAMES P.

I stood by my truck for about 5 minutes and no one bothered to acknowledge me and at this point i had been up over 24 hours mind you due to a 3.5 hour roadside service issue for the broken wiring harness caused by the dealer in apex NC. I finally started walking around and asking who i needed to oh wait a minute they were leaf blowing and i had to yell above the loud noise to get there attention. Once i got their attention i told attendant that i needed help removing my vehicle from the auto transport and removal of the auto transport. I was then told by the attendant he would only do it if i paid him $25 which is no wear in the u-haul contract. I have some heart issues and neuropathy in my lower legs so it is hard for me to get on the ground and back up without a lot of pain and i explained this to him. He says $25 and it will be done. I told him this is not u-haul policy and said i am independent and i don't represent u-haul. I can't get on the ground as i said so he had me between a rock and hard place so i paid the $25 so it could be on my way because i had another appointment to get back to.Joseph S.

I have neuropathy in my lower legs and i can't get down on the ground and i needed help getting my vehicle of of the AT and the attendant refused to help me unless i paid him $25 and no where is this in u-haul contracts. U-haul might want to reconsider using this company as a neighborhood u-haul dealer.Joseph S.

Equip should at least have a clean windshield, exterior was very dirty. Inside was acceptable. Also, if business advertises business hours, they should be available at those times-- I returned truck during regular hours and no one around. I Do not use phone/tech aspects to rent vehicle. Want to deal with someone face to face and receive hard copy of rental documents at time of rental. Thanks for opportunity to comment.John W.

It was easy to pick up and the gentleman was very helpful with the hookup. As for the drop off, we dropped it off at midnight, quite a few hours early, but the office was closed. The website didn't work for us to check it in either. When we called Uhaul the following morning to check the trailer in THAT way, I was told there was a 30 minute wait on hold. I didn't have the time to wait 30 minutes on hold, so I just have to assume that the gentleman saw my trailer! Was your website down? I just think after hours drop offs need to be more streamlined.Lisa G.

Very poor customer service from U-Haul Corporate, I could not return the trailer to a location 10 minutes from my home. No one answered the phone at the location on my contract, corporate gave me a location 35 minutes from my house and said someone would be there. No one was there to help us, I called corporate they could not help us, I thought I was going to have to haul the trailer back home when someone else pulled in and helped us take the trailer off the truck. Have someone there to talk to. I went to the door and a rooster came by and honestly didn't know if it was friendly. Never got response from them or Uhaul even after online return. Was charged 80$ for some reason. I could go on.robert W.

Total lack of communication with the owner, could not talk to them . I left 12 messages and only 1 was returned . There were issues with the truck, stalled twice. The billing site misread the card number ,there for the bank cancelled the card because of suspicious activity two 2 weeks to get a new card and 2 more days to pay the bill won't ever recommend this place of business!!!Mardell P.

His customer service was good enough and helping me get hooked up. But I asked him to choose the closest Uhaul place for a drop off and he gave me one a good 35 min away, making it over a hour to get back to the place where I purchased a cargo trailer. Why am I aggravated about this? Because there was a Uhaul place less than 10 min down the road from the trailer sales place!! UGH! It was late in the day and raining, so I sure would have appreciated being able to drop off my rental 10 min away (20 min round trip) instead of 35 min away (An hour and 10 min round trip)!Deneese K.
