Same problem, the location was run out of a guy's private residence with the people he was renting to sitting outside not providing a good image. Also, he had nobody manning the "office" and I use that term loosely. He was helping another person while the number of customers waiting for help piled up. And when I finally got acknowledged, the guy didn't have me take him to the auto transport, he just asked me if I had any problems with it. And when I said no, he said "Then you're done, I'll e-mail you." and moved away from me. That even got a curious look from the next person. Definitely a bad experience.
Rj HI took pictures of the milage and fuel. I was charged for 2 miles more. Seems like a little but if he does it to everyone that is a lot. It is the principal of it

Dana REquipment was spread out all over the place. Lots of deep holes in the dirt lot so could be a smoother experience in a paved or better taken care of lot. Customer service was prompt and thorough if you arrive during office hours. After hours you are on your own.
Brian HLarge area was useful for maneuvering. Check-in was via a ring-camera and a lock-box but the process worked.

Toby RThis location is dark, dirty, and is nothing more than a closet. The check in with the app is a nightmare, especially the picture taking. The person must be back 50 feet or more to “frame” the pics per the app. No uhaul lot has this much free room. I took my own pics without the app. Return wasn’t much better.
Brian WI believe the insurance should cover a lost key. We had a scare — thought we lost it — and were told we were going to have to pay $350. Found the key later, but definitely assumed it was covered (nope). Everything else was fine.
Mark RSomehow the reservation got into someone’s name I have never heard of, so guy at counter said he would cancel that one and give me your name, address, phone #, and credit card, drivers license. So he was using two cell phones at same time for pics, so thinking my identity is out on the dark web for sale about now. Still getting e mails on the UHaul App I downloaded with wrong name. Think there is anything I should worry about?
Laurie WOther than the tail lights on the trailer failing, I found this location acceptable and would use them again if the occasion should arise.
Michael FSame stuff happened on my return of the truck. I dropped my truck of at the location that was on my reservation. The lady told me she no longer was accepting trucks and that someone should have told me where to return the truck. Of course no one did. I called UHaul again and they told me where to bring the truck. I drove there and dropped off. Not a good experience. Again, I believe I should get a credit for this issue too. Besides the picking up and return issues everything worked out good. The labor on both end of my rip were great (highly recommended). With the stress of the move I was under these issues were not appreciated. More communications from UHaul would help. Also, there should be communications with the renter and labor to see what accessories i need to rent from UHaul. I had not idea. We did have a lot of scratches on furniture and some broken bowls. Is any of that covered in the insurance I purchased.

GLENN GThe only thing good about this location was the fact that it was so close to my house. It was super weird though though it was like a chunky motel attached to a little office that had a you all sign on it. The first strange. The vehicles were kind of all over the place but we were able to find a spot. I can't comment about the friendliness of the staff because they weren't there. Other people present, however you mentioned they were visiting friends who lived there.The main issues were with returning the vehicle online; sent a person at the 800 number site was not available. Tried going to u-haul.com and was not able to locate my contract. The whole process took nearly an hour to get resolved.
WILLIAM LMy only issues wasnt there fault the perso. That rented the car dolly didnt bring it back on time so had to go 30 minutes out of my way to get the next closes one
