The tail gate/ramp had some damage that needed some repair work done to make it easier to use. With the ones tons it had, we had to be careful walking up and down on it.

There was no one there when we returned the truck and it was within the opening hours. They charged me $25 for cleaning the truck and the truck was not dirty. They said they had to sweep the back of the truck but I did not receive photos of the dirt.
Ronda HI arrived to drop the rental truck off at 3:00pm and the place was closed. Hours of operation were posted on the door, indicating they were open until 5:00pm. This required a laborious check-in process online that required numerous photos of the vehicle and a cumbersome process. What’s your plan for a renter who isn’t tech savvy?
Ken DThey were supposed to be open, that’s what the return info. They were closed 3 days in a row! Horrible communication by U-Haul overall!
Timothy MThey do not stay open during the 9-5pm hours they post, no one around when you go to pick up or drop off.
