There was no one there when we returned the truck and it was within the opening hours. They charged me $25 for cleaning the truck and the truck was not dirty. They said they had to sweep the back of the truck but I did not receive photos of the dirt.

I arrived to drop the rental truck off at 3:00pm and the place was closed. Hours of operation were posted on the door, indicating they were open until 5:00pm. This required a laborious check-in process online that required numerous photos of the vehicle and a cumbersome process. What’s your plan for a renter who isn’t tech savvy?
Ken DThey were supposed to be open, that’s what the return info. They were closed 3 days in a row! Horrible communication by U-Haul overall!

Carl WCracked windshield at pickup. Dirty truck. High mileage. Ran poor. Ac didn't work well. Valued at 50k? Truck is worth 5k max. Rented uhaul several times. This one unhappy with so many things. Even steering was loose on truck to much play time to retire truck. Has 138k miles on it.
