How U-Haul Reviews WorkI don't off early in the morning so no one was there.
Charles BExcellent service. Had the trailer I needed. Quick transaction, quick hookup.
Mahrad PExcellent customer service. Would always use this facility in the future.
CHARLES RFirst the AI take over of customer service or inquiry is the most frustrating process I've ever gone through! Had a breakdown having to abandon an empty trailer in the side of the road. Absolute maze to get a person on the phone and to get the trailer (your priority) recovered the individual have completely wrong information increasing the stressful situation. Anybody can rent trailers but the real commitment to the customer is when there's an issue and Uhaul has made hurdles to customer issues that may save the company a dollar but increased customer stress in time of a crisis! Three years ago had a flat on a Uhaul trailer and how satisfied I was with the ability to communicate with a PERSON and quickly resolved the issue, this time all I got was a bunch of prompts and when finally reaching a person, misinformation! Your dealer did a great job, it was the corporate side that failed a long time Uhaul customer.
