This location was OK. They were closed when I arrived. The U-Haul app would never upload the required photo of the odometer and gas gauge. It would just stop at that point even though I had a full cell signal. Just in case, prior to putting the keys and my contract in the return box, I took photos of the odometer and gas gauge along with the 72 blankets I was returning in the back of the truck. I received email two days later that the return had been processed without any problems.Clifton H.

I just didn't like how the guy at the desk got upset because I was gonna step out the door to answer an important phone call . He felt as if I was walking away while he explain how everything works . The roads around the return site was under construction. My written instruction was to phone the return site once I arrived in town,which I did. Voicemail for ALL calls. I backed the trailer into an empty space but couldn't lift off my hitch. I know the the Uhaul person was on site because his Cadillac SUV was there. Another mad customer helped me lift it off. We were greeted via a ring doorbell only and given very cryptic instructions on what to do with the trailer and blankets. The only clear direction was "do not leave it in the driveway or you'll be charged $40." We never saw an employee nor were we given any kind of receipt showing we had returned everything, We did take pictures of the blankets and trailer parked off the driveway in case there was an issue. This wasn't the first time I got a truck here. I got a call from the guy saying there was a desk left in the truck. I said I'll be there first thing in the morning to get it. My husband that's an invalid had just fallen on the floor. He said if I wasn't there by 5 it would cost me $25. So, I left him on the floor before I could get help and went there. When I got there, I asked him how many miles I used he said 16. We put $7.00 in gas which was a little more than 2 gallons, and we were covered. He then informed me he was charging me $57 for gas because we didn't replace it. I asked to see the truck and he goes it's over there on the left. I tried to get him to tell me which truck out of the about 12 that were there that it was. He said that's what I get for hiring guys to do my work. I have painful Neuropathy in my feet and legs, so bad I get disability, and after walking back and forth 3 times I decided to drive my truck over there. Yes, I was mad and accelerated fast digging in the dirt, but it was away from the trucks and him. So, I drove down to the trucks and asked him again which one it was, and he told me he was calling the police and get the FUCK out of here. I couldn't pick up the desk myself, so I had to run into it and break it to pick it up in pieces and I left. I was with my guys until they dropped the truck off and what difference is it if I hired people to help me. If everything was on the up and up, why couldn't he show me the truck and gas hand? I will tell everyone I know, not to ever go there. I rented from Leesburg a month prior and had a problem with the truck, they switched it out for me, and everything was great. I felt an attitude and judgement from him for what reason I don't know. I had to leave my husband on the floor to go there because an additional $25 isn't easy for us. Then for him to charge me for the gas he wouldn't prove to me was gone will result in my not being able to buy one of our prescriptions this month. My hired guys were free, they know how hard our life has been since my husband had his stroke 8 years ago.Janet W.

Pickup was a little difficult, as it required uploading pictures of front and back of my license, which requires wifiâ€”which was not available at the location. Fortunately my driver friend was able to do so from his mobile phone. Other than that, the experience was excellent. The employee delivering the trailer was pleasant and friendly, the trailer was spotless and in excellent condition, and it served us very well in terms of our need for the rental. Even though the location was closed at the time of return, it was easy enough to detach the trailer, take a picture, and leave. Many thanks! (I should add that it's probably fifty years since I last rented a U-Haul trailerâ€”and back then it cost more to do so than today!)Davis J.

The person on-site either had no idea about the drop off process or couldn't be bothered providing the information. He told me to just drop off the trailer and leave it. I asked about a receipt or some sort of confirmation that i returned the trailer and his response was that i should take a picture. I asked how that would confirm that i actually dropped off the trailer, because i or someone else could have simply drove off with it. He just waved me off in disgust. No help whatsoever!!!JOHN S.

9 AM pickup: Attendant was knowledgeable & efficient in hooking up the unit, but was brusque & on his cellphone the entire time; customer service is not his strong point. The 6x12 open trailer with ramp had seen better days with numerous fairly minor dents & bends, but more seriously the unit was dispatched with inoperative right tail, right-side rear marker & license plate lights. The right-side forward marker light was working OK, so the fault was not in the vehicle or its wiring. Since only daytime operations were planned, we accepted the unit which worked out all right. This location is generally well stocked with equipment so it would have been simple to swap another unit if night usage had been planned. 6 PM dropoff: Attendant directed us to park the trailer anywhere in the lot & then left to take care of something else, leaving us to jack up the tongue, remove the 3 safety chains, loosen the coupler ball knob & disconnect the electrical cable. It all worked out OK but did confirm that this particular young man is not very attuned to customer service. Signed, repeat customer with some 80 unit rentals of all types over the years, including several transcontinental moves.Larry S.

The issue I had was the uhaul app would not take a photo of the mileage and fuel. I was at this location at 230pm on a day that said they were open 9 to 5. No one was there. Another person showed up to pick something up and not one could help him. Also, you may need more work on your app.Steve M.

Dirty smelly truck, hard to find location, filled truck back up to more than it had when I took it, then was fraudulently charged for fuel and fuel service! They overdrew my bank account in error and now it's 3 to 5 days to get it back. The app was a joke and we tried for 40 min last night to get it to work. I used to be a Uhaul Dealer, what a disgrace!
