Peter RWe never got a credit for the gas. When you estimate, make sure it’s low. The check in was painful because you couldn’t get your info entered. The system was very slow. 20 min.
Mary UExtremely frustrating experience at this U-Haul drop-off location. The office was supposed to be open from 9–5, but when we arrived during those hours, the office was completely closed with only a Ring camera on the door. There was no staff on site at all. When we called the office for help, we were told to just use the app and that no one would be available for hours because they were out moving equipment — during posted office hours. If the location isn’t actually staffed during business hours, that should be clearly communicated. Drop-off should not feel this confusing or unsupported, especially when customers are following the scheduled time. This was a very disappointing and inconvenient experience.

Michael CThere were no personnel at the drop-off location. We had to make a phone call and get instructions to perform the drop-off process ourselves via the U-Haul app. The online process was accepatable however it took quite some time to complete on our own on our phone.

Mark CI could not pickup the trailer when scheduled, due to the owner being away. I rented it about an hour and half later. Good communication, however, and he kept me informed

DAVID BOffice closed at 2 p.m. on a Monday. No one there to obtain a receipt and document the time the truck was returned. Ended up leaving a protracted message on the Ph. # provided.
John HGot a last-minute phone call saying that they were closing at noon on an average Wednesday afternoon. I needed to be there within 30 minutes so I had to drop everything to go get the trailer. They had no four pin to seven pen adapter so I had to hustle over to an auto parts store to buy one. Then I was told that when I returned it that the person running that location was going to be at a resort later that day, and that I would have to figure out how to get this trailer off the trucks hitch by myself, and he suggested that I use a dolly to flip it off the hitch? I’m not exactly non-athletic but I’m 63 years old so I’m not sure about this one. Seems like a pretty half assed location frankly.
William LI dropped off the truck and put the keys in the mail slot. No one was at the location. Dropoff was done midafternoon on a Saturday. No problems other than that.

Richard CI guess with getting & dropping off uhauls you don’t actually deal with personnel and are on your own to do all the work on your own. The app is ok, but having someone to guide you/wait on you is not an option.
