I dropped off the truck and put the keys in the mail slot. No one was at the location. Dropoff was done midafternoon on a Saturday. No problems other than that.

Verelin BI came to return over almost an hour and half before the posted closing time and no one was there to do counter return. The guy when I picked up told me when I got the van that pictures were needed to get the van but that for return, I just had to drop the key in the box so I did so while doing mobile return and had no way of getting pictures (that I didn't know Id need, mind you, as this was my first rental) cause the vehicle was locked so I took a picture of the window and gave my best estimate of mileage from what I remembered. Pick up was great but the lack of sticking to business hours for help feels super unprofessional.
Jeremy SHad extreme difficulty in getting ahold of anyone… no one answers the phone. The first time I listened to a recording for 10 minutes. The next time I listened to it for 15 minutes and no one ever came on the line… first movers I called had their phone number : not accepting calls.
MARIE PI have been using this location for many years and they are the best. Donny the guy who runs the play is always very helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure there is a car hauler trailer available for me when needed and if not he goes and gets one. He has never let me down. I can always count on him.
PETER GNo one at the location, old building looked like an old hotel or apartment type of building. No jack on the trailer so I needed to lift the hitch up manually to unhook the trailer. It was very heavy and stained my back. not a pleasant experience!

JAMES UAdvise clients that they need to purchase the $99 insurance because the trucks leak and damage will occur to items that you are transporting.

judith gWe could not get the check in app work on my I-Phone. Took the pictures on all sides of the truck and logged the mileage and gas quantity but could not get it to continue passed this point. The person that rented us the truck could not get it work either.
Doreen BPlace was a dump. We went there off hours so wasn't expecting much but it was difficult to find a spot to park the truck. After we struggled for a while, we found an area and went to put keys in the drop box. There was someone sitting there watching us the entire time and never said a word!

Edwin EThey went over and above fining us a truck to move with our car auto trailer. We got to our first location an spent the night. When we woke up the next day we talked around the truck and auto trailer and notice the ratchet straps were just lying on the trailer - not around the tires. We called UHAUL and they were coming out in 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned into another 30-45 minutes so we called another UHAUL. The gentleman, Michael, that came out couldn't believe how the auto trailer/car were NOT hooked up properly. He rethreaded the bands and put them around the tires properly. He then noticed that the chain had not been placed around the axel. He told us the only thing that held our car on the trailer was the emergency brake. This could have been a disaster let alone a huge liability to UHAUL.
