We never got a credit for the gas. When you estimate, make sure it’s low. The check in was painful because you couldn’t get your info entered. The system was very slow. 20 min.

Extremely frustrating experience at this U-Haul drop-off location. The office was supposed to be open from 9–5, but when we arrived during those hours, the office was completely closed with only a Ring camera on the door. There was no staff on site at all. When we called the office for help, we were told to just use the app and that no one would be available for hours because they were out moving equipment — during posted office hours. If the location isn’t actually staffed during business hours, that should be clearly communicated. Drop-off should not feel this confusing or unsupported, especially when customers are following the scheduled time. This was a very disappointing and inconvenient experience.

Michael CThere were no personnel at the drop-off location. We had to make a phone call and get instructions to perform the drop-off process ourselves via the U-Haul app. The online process was accepatable however it took quite some time to complete on our own on our phone.

DAVID BOffice closed at 2 p.m. on a Monday. No one there to obtain a receipt and document the time the truck was returned. Ended up leaving a protracted message on the Ph. # provided.
John HGot a last-minute phone call saying that they were closing at noon on an average Wednesday afternoon. I needed to be there within 30 minutes so I had to drop everything to go get the trailer. They had no four pin to seven pen adapter so I had to hustle over to an auto parts store to buy one. Then I was told that when I returned it that the person running that location was going to be at a resort later that day, and that I would have to figure out how to get this trailer off the trucks hitch by myself, and he suggested that I use a dolly to flip it off the hitch? I’m not exactly non-athletic but I’m 63 years old so I’m not sure about this one. Seems like a pretty half assed location frankly.
William LI dropped off the truck and put the keys in the mail slot. No one was at the location. Dropoff was done midafternoon on a Saturday. No problems other than that.

Verelin BI came to return over almost an hour and half before the posted closing time and no one was there to do counter return. The guy when I picked up told me when I got the van that pictures were needed to get the van but that for return, I just had to drop the key in the box so I did so while doing mobile return and had no way of getting pictures (that I didn't know Id need, mind you, as this was my first rental) cause the vehicle was locked so I took a picture of the window and gave my best estimate of mileage from what I remembered. Pick up was great but the lack of sticking to business hours for help feels super unprofessional.
Jeremy SHad extreme difficulty in getting ahold of anyone… no one answers the phone. The first time I listened to a recording for 10 minutes. The next time I listened to it for 15 minutes and no one ever came on the line… first movers I called had their phone number : not accepting calls.
MARIE PI have been using this location for many years and they are the best. Donny the guy who runs the play is always very helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure there is a car hauler trailer available for me when needed and if not he goes and gets one. He has never let me down. I can always count on him.
PETER GNo one at the location, old building looked like an old hotel or apartment type of building. No jack on the trailer so I needed to lift the hitch up manually to unhook the trailer. It was very heavy and stained my back. not a pleasant experience!

JAMES UAdvise clients that they need to purchase the $99 insurance because the trucks leak and damage will occur to items that you are transporting.
