I originally rented a U-Haul from a different location however was told they didn’t have the correct size and was sent to this location. The truck we received was absolutely filthy inside and out. The outside had not been washed in a while and had all kinds of dead bugs and dirt all over it. The inside had chips spilt in the floor and trash inside. There was leftover chicken wire in the back of the truck. Also I had reserved a furniture dolly and when I went to pickup I was told there weren’t any dolly’s. This made our moving job much harder as we had to lift the appliances. I’m extremely unsatisfied with the service I received from U-Haul this time.

Kurt JSketchy. They don’t know what they are doing. They overcharge and add fees that are not consistent with U-haul prices. Owner of the gas station is rude and doesn’t know how to use the U-haul system.

Fernando RThis is another place that used to be a gas station and they decided to and U-Haul dealership. The biggest problem this place is that it is run by foreigners who barely can speak English. There was a lot of confusion between me and the clerk behind the counter because he couldn't really communicate his point to me because he could barely speak english.
travis hAccurate address would be the first. Current address points to Jack in the Box location. Secondly, there should be a label or signage at the front of the store saying "U-Haul” or something as a minimum for better identification. When I passed by on the next block, I saw 2 U-Haul trucks parked right next to a Shamrock convenience store and Gasoline station but had second thoughts if that was the right place to pick up my reservation.
