I originally rented a U-Haul from a different location however was told they didn’t have the correct size and was sent to this location. The truck we received was absolutely filthy inside and out. The outside had not been washed in a while and had all kinds of dead bugs and dirt all over it. The inside had chips spilt in the floor and trash inside. There was leftover chicken wire in the back of the truck. Also I had reserved a furniture dolly and when I went to pickup I was told there weren’t any dolly’s. This made our moving job much harder as we had to lift the appliances. I’m extremely unsatisfied with the service I received from U-Haul this time.

Kurt JSketchy. They don’t know what they are doing. They overcharge and add fees that are not consistent with U-haul prices. Owner of the gas station is rude and doesn’t know how to use the U-haul system.
Amya RCommunication was terrible with the clerks. The phone number listed was not working and the system was not connecting.The u haul truck rear view mirror was badly cracked. This experience was not worth the amount they charged. Total rip off
