The blankets were full of hundreds of roach eggs. But the rea winner was the dead rat!!!! Yes I said dead rat in the blankets. Not in the fold of the blankets. Under the plastic in plain site. Disgusting!!!! And the guy at the location told me to go outside, in the cold, and check the truck in on my phone. Never ever would I go back there or refer anyone to go there!!!!!!

My initial reservation was to drop it off at Personal Storage, 832 W Grantham St in Goldsboro. I showed up to that decrepit location and was greeted by a sign in the window "Closed 13-19 Dec." I then called Grady's and they were very helpful.

Drop off location is trying to charge me after hours fee. I dropped off around noon and had employee sign and date paperwork.

I left something in the truck and went back next morning to retrieve it because in bad neighborhood that I didn't feel comfortable at night. It appears that they charged my credit card $21 for a service fee. I am not sure why. But he just used my card on file because I did not give him my card. I have reached out to u haul so maybe they will explain.

Send them to a better drop off facility. Personnel was not that helpful. Had to ask them to verify the drop off based on my contract. Seemed like they didn't really care about verification. Just was not impressed with them.

The gentleman working on Saturday afternoon was either sick or on drugs and I would guess the latter. If he is sick my apologies.

Employee was inefficient, was unable to perform tasks in an adequate manner, decided it was more important to address my perceived impatience (by cussing me out) than it was to actually help me. In the end, I did everything I needed to do on my phone without assistance from her in any way. I have never seen or experienced a better example of poor customer service than I did that day.

Everything started with the online reservation to the location they sent us to instead of the one we wanted went wrong then got there drove 20 miles out of my waythey had the equipment but the printer was broke I literally drove away with no paperwork had to go back get everything taken care of after having someone call customer service I will never make an online reservation again ended up with a refund on my credit card because I was overcharged

Rear Tire blew out on truck-on a busy interstate-very dangerous/scary for myself and family. It took over 3 hours before repaired and back on road. Two tires had to be placed and it required a lot of time to do that(the service tech was very nice). That time was spent on the roadside of busy interstate(which was dangerous). It was obvious that appropriate safety checks had not been completed in vehicle. This threw our delivery schedule off-had to stop for bathroom/food, etc., which was not planned and it added miles to truck and I was charged for extra miles. I can not recommend u haul.
