Although I reserved a truck weeks before my move I did not know until late evening the night before I moved whether I even had a truck. UHaul kept changing locations and truck sizes. I settled for a smaller truck at a much more distant location and event hat one ended up not being available at my scheduled pick up time. It was a horrible, stressful situation.Valinda M.

We were supposed to pickup in Banning. Truck was not there. Main office people told us we had to drive to Onamia. (More than 1 hour away.) The lady (Joy Nelson) at the office in Banning knew there was a truck available in Hinckley. (10 minutes away.) The main office people did not think there was one there. She drove to Hinckley, checked us in, made sure the main office staff (Who were not helpful) did not charge us for an upgrade since the truck was larger. I don't know what we would have done without her.Clifford K.

You can not have employees, calling customers after the customer paid to extend the service, threatening them bc the employee is loosing out on â€œbig commissionâ€, that taking the rental is Grand Theft Auto, and the police have been notified. Pure unprofessionalism.RAMON C.

I've used three trucks from the uhaul company this year. Overall easy and not to terrible on the wallet. Unfortunately the first two trucks I used were very dirty and gross. Seemed like nobody had cleaned the inside of the truck in years. The dash was Covered in some sticky substance and just plain dirty. This last truck I got from Hinckley was very clean and trustworthy. Just what you'd expect to receive during a pandemic. My one and only suggestion to the Hinckley location is to ensure the trucks are completely full of gas before renting it out again. There is a gas station a block away. It simply makes it easier to ensure the gas is back to the exact spot where you got it....full and happy.Brady D.
