Went to pick up at 8:30pm. Searched 30 minutes for a lock box that did not exist. Contacted support, no help. Went home empty handed. The truck I was renting had a broken side view mirror also. Requested refund from support. This is all began with my original reservation location calling me a few days prior saying they did not have a truck for my reservation and my only option was to move my reservation to this particular location 8+ miles away. Never got the truck. Had to make a totally new reservation the next day.

Nice people that run the business location. They were new to UHaul. The biggest issue...NO SIGN....and the name GRAND DOLLAR STORE is not the name that is on the business. It was all of the challenges leading up to my obtaining the rental that made the whole experience very unpleasant...and expensive for me...as the delays cost a great deal of added labor. Also...I asked for and was charged for blankets...there were none.
Rick BBe clear on the lack of flexibility policy for returning it late!!! This is poor customer service.
