The truck was very clean and actually had little x on any bad spots on truck from previous small damages. It was a local move so location was excellent and staff was helpful. Best part is you reserve it on line and good to go.. id definitely use again .

The employee was unaware that we were supposed to drop off the truck at their location and asked were we sure, twice. We showed them on the app where it said the drop off location was at their establishment, but they looked worried because nobody informed them of a drop off.
