DOUGLAS PThe first reservation location the truck had maintenance issues as the parking break was stuck and would not release. The reservation was changed to General Station which was excellent. It costed me a 1/2 hour in time but I did get a working and clean truck.
WILLIAM MVan was a little dirty with dried dirt it looked like but no biggie, it’s a moving van.

Mark VThe location is not at fault here I don't think. I made my reservation online, and then arrived at the location to pickup. I used the UHaul app to complete the process. The app was horrible, and I think it actually directed me to the wrong vehicle. There were two vans at the location, one had snow cleared from the vehicle and surrounding area, the other did not. The app assigned the snow covered vehicle to me. I had to climb on the tire to reach the windshield to get all the snow off. When I got in the vehicle and started it, there was very little fuel, and the two rear tires were under inflated. It was a Sunday, so the shop was closed and no gas station air compressor has the capacity to put 80psi in a tire. Your app sucks. All the pictures needed, the interface of it was bad, the overall user experience was bad. I'm really uneasy about you now having pictures of my driver's license. Took way longer and was way more frustrating to get the equipment via the app. Won't rent from UHaul again.

ZACHARY DI DID NOT appreciate being charged for fuel when I returned the Uhaul with more fuel than it had at pick up. I went back to the location with video proof and they quickly and nicely refunded me back the money. 2 things: 1. Somebody made the mistake because they simply can't read a gas gauge. 2. Would they have refunded me back the money if I wouldn't have taken video proof before and after? Probably not! Thankfully I used to work for Uhaul and knew to cover my own ass.

GLENNA MTruck only had 25 miles when I picked it up worth of gas I left 88 miles of gas and truck and was still bill for it so basically I left more gas than they had in the truck and apparently I was overcharged because I went 8 miles over the standard limit which I did not know because I was going from town to town these are things you all needs to discuss with customers before they sign will leave with the equipment

Jeremy BI am disappointed that I was charged for extra mileage when the truck's windshield wiper broke and I had to divert/change my route to get around the hurricane weather system. I had let customer service know and was still charged.

Rebbecca SI called at 5:10pm Friday night looking for a 26ft uhaul in Oshkosh, or from Oshkosh to Milwaukee. . Luckily I spoke with Tarren who was spectacular! They helped me secure a truck in Appleton so we could move our daughter from Milwaukee to Sparta. Thanks to Tarren the move went very well. Tarren you saved the day for us and we are extremely grateful to you for all your expertise. Gold star for you!!!! The Appleton location for pick up was great as well. Excellent customer service.

Bradley NThis was the first time I rented a UHaul vehicle. I didn't know the place would be closed when I returned in the early afternoon (this was a Saturday and not my home city) and it took me a while to figure out how to "zip up" the transaction - had to stand in the rain and read all the directions on the key return box. Sure wish they would have told me some of that before I left. I TOLD them I'd never rented before.

Jeffery RI will never use your app or online service again. My reservation changed locations twice on me. The online check in and app check in didn't work, I was hung up on after calling uhaul for help, was put on hold for 20 minutes before talking to someone who didn't have any of the right information for the reservation and was never able to help me. Finally a worker who happened to be at the location on his day off offered to assist me on his time off (the only highlight for the day). I lost over an hour of rental time trying to just pick up the truck and was never offered it back and was then late for my pick up and delivery which affected the rest of the day.

David P26 foot truck ran terrible , had a bad misfire, spit and sputtered the whole 100 miles. wouldn't climb a good size hill in Suring Wisconsin, had to drop into drive 3 to get up the hill. customer service was good, no complaints there. very professional and kind, the truck was GARBAGE
