I never received a checklist to report any damage or anything to the truck and the app wouldn't allow me to check the truck back in.

KAY VThe only comment I would make is when I rented the U-Haul I picked a specific drop off location closest to my home. We picked it up, no problem and it wasn’t until we were ready to return the U-Haul that we realized on my husband‘s sheet of paper that he received from picking it up that it was a different location. I’m not sure when the drop-off location changed. I just would’ve preferred. Somebody has told us because honestly he’ll be not looked we would’ve dropped it off at the original place, which probably would’ve been fine, but it all worked out in the end.
