I made a reservation for 9 am but no one was at the property till 10:30 I was quoted a price of 48.00$ I return on time and did not use any additional miles and put more gas than needed then I was charged double of a 100.00$. I've tired to call no answer I went back to the property during bossiness hours and no one was there I going to go to the BBB with a complaintJulie W.

Communication is key! My rental wasn't ready at the promised time and that wasn't communicated prior to my arrival. They "verified" another location had the truck I needed and sent me there only for me to arrive and have them tell me their system was down and couldn't rent me a truck. Again, poor communication. I called Grand Slam and they told me to go to the location I rented from who gave me the best service yet. I was granted the $50 reservation credit but due to poor communication, my move was delayed 2 hours which is unacceptable. I don't feel I should have had to pay any money for this rental. Bc of the delay in my move I had to pay extra for the movers. Totally unacceptable.Jade J.

The gas was not properly assessed before departure. Thus, adding fees to the estimated price. In detail, the paper said 1/2 tank but the meter read one notch below half. Even though I returned the tank to its original position I was charged for someone's oversight. Very unprofessional.April L.

The girl that waited I be was rude when I came to pick the truck up and when I returned the truck she was on the phone talking to her friends all while I was there returning the truck and when I left she didn't get off the phone to take care of business and she told me that the company took to much money out of my account so I had to call to check and the service was a nightmare the truck had dry mudd in it and check engine light was onMary N.
The truck was dirty inside n out....had cigarette butts all ova on the dash, ashtray, n floor. The truck was full of mud where the renters before me got stuck in the mud...BERTHA F.

i had a terrible experience. first i reserved a uhaul someone was suppose to call me back within an hour and no one did, once someone did the uhaul place was a half an hour away from me,so i had to call and find someone closer once i did i only had 15 min to pick up my rental. i get there and no one told me that there was a deposit so i used the last money i had to rent, got out to the truck it only had an eight of a tank of gas, and the check engine light was on. on the day i was suppose to pick my money up the lady wasnt there for 5 hours so i was very inconvenienced. i had a terrible experienceKevin R.
I changed my location but I still used U-haul and got charged $50.00. The store didn't mention the charge and neither did the main office. People should be told ahead of time about charges I never would have changed the place if I had known I was going to get charged $50.00 extra. I thought the way I reserved the truck was good until the extra charges. I still don't understand why I was charged an extra $10.00 for a dolly they didn't have.Gwendolyn G.

Nobody was at the location when I dropped it off. I called the National office and got the run around. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes. A complete waste of my time. I will be moving to another location and will use another company. For the amount of money I spent I should have had better service. I learned a valuable lesson here.STUART G.
