There was a problem with checking in as the system would not send and email or text. I spoke with the district manager who was extremely rude. I was shocked by his behavior. I am not sure I will use uhaul ever again. Moving is difficult enough without the company you are using for moving equipment treating you poorly. 0 stars. Location seemed very discombobulated.

I brought the truck back with more gas than was in the truck when I checked it out and they charged me $11 for 2 gallons of gas. The email with the receipt took too long so I left without seeing receipt. The place I rented at didn’t answer their phone so I had to drive back to try and get refund. They said they couldn’t and gave me a phone number of a manager. He has not returned a voicemail or email.

In the University location, the employees are so mind, agresives and don't respect the reservations, they want rent the equipment, when they want, how they want and for the time that they want, I'll never back to this location. Totally different in the Grand and Smith location, in this gas station the personnel are very friendly and helpfully, they help me quickly, easy and with the requirements that I needed, I recommend this location 100%

The guy at the gas station with so incredibly rude and disrespectful he didn't gas of the vehicle and the vehicle was pulling maintained and it was broken. Then you try to charge me extra money for a mile that didn't use and all this other stuff I'm so pissed right now

we were charged almost three times as much as what was quoted and contracted for on the website. when we noticed it the worker at the location told us we had to text a different number and that they could not do anything for us. Even after I showed the contract and reservation information. this was also a gas station and car repair location not a good experience in the least. although when we did finally get someone on the phone that person was very nice and helpful and got back to us and corrected things within an hour

Truck was clean and practically brand new! Staff was great and very helpful! Drop off was very easy

Check in took a very long time but they did let me leave my car in their lot while I used the uhaul which was nice.

I didn’t interact with staff at this location - but I didn’t need to. Appreciated the easy drop off solution closer to home

Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. One suggestion--providing some instruction for returning the van with the proper amount of gasoline.
