we were charged almost three times as much as what was quoted and contracted for on the website. when we noticed it the worker at the location told us we had to text a different number and that they could not do anything for us. Even after I showed the contract and reservation information. this was also a gas station and car repair location not a good experience in the least. although when we did finally get someone on the phone that person was very nice and helpful and got back to us and corrected things within an hour

AMELIA WCheck in took a very long time but they did let me leave my car in their lot while I used the uhaul which was nice.
XIMENA SI didn’t interact with staff at this location - but I didn’t need to. Appreciated the easy drop off solution closer to home
