Took 45 minutes to pick up the truck. Clerk had to call manager to the store. Manager left and clerk had to call him again.

Make sure the employees working know how to check out and return a truck.
Jeffrey DRental location could not find reservation for the vehicle, and when the Uhaul app was not working to check-in for the vehicle, they did not seem to know the steps. When returning the vehicle, there was no barcode at the location to scan, although that was the step listed on the Uhaul app. The Uhaul app mostly did not load or work, and I wouldn't recommend using it to a friend.
Molly GReception is bad in the location. Owner was nice about helping me check the u haul out. The u haul was parked for return but never checked in.
