The app did not walk me through the process clearly. The gentleman at the store was fantastic and made things right

The only issue I had was with the app which never sent me pickup info or instructions on how to get the key to access the vehicle. I was lucky I got there before the staff left for the day or I wouldn’t have known what to do.
