How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe van was great, the pickup spot was great, the reservation process was great. The after-hours return process is straigh-forward but tedious, and I absolutely hate that my choice is "download this app or pay an extra fee" - you should be able to do this in the browser without paying additional fees or downloading another app that you do not need. This has absolutely nothing to do with this location and is entirely a UHaul corporate decision.

EDMUND BThe cabin where driver and passenger seat is located at, was dirty with cat hair, dirty dashboard and smelled so bad of cat pee. The back truck/haul was more clean than the front.
Alyssa STook 45 minutes to pick up the truck. Clerk had to call manager to the store. Manager left and clerk had to call him again.
