RICHARD G.I was told I needed to drop off my rental truck by 10 AM when I had rented it for 2 days. When returning the truck I was told by the employee I was good to go. Then I receive an invoice by email that had several upcharges. I spoke with customer service with zero regards for any of the inconveniences U-Haul created. I use U-Haul frequently, but that may come to an end now.

I called for a 1 way 10 ft moving truck to b picked up in Davenport, Ia and dropped off in coralville, Ia and when I arrived to p/u truck I was told the truck had to b brought back to Davenport same day and to get the truck I needed I would have to go to a different location. Communication is very important

Jim F.This is a terrible choice for a U-Haul location. The equipment is located in an extremely crowded space in an alley. Extended cab trucks are almost impossible to hook up to a trailer and it takes multiple attempts to get a trailer out of it's parking space without damaging other equipment.

Of the three UHaul places I dealt with that day in the Quad Cities, they were the ONLY ONES who gave customer service. The regional equipment manager, Dee, was rude, aggressive, and down right unpleasant, unhelpful, and should not be in customer service. I would never use UHaul again if I had to deal with people like her.

Bryan N.hard to drive into, cluttered with autos. No clear "dropoff" point. Person said to me, I will be out and sweep it out and then we finish. He swept it out and charged me $15.00 plus tax. How did he know he needed to sweep it out before he ever came to the lot? I probably could have pressured washed it and I would have got chgd. NO UHAUL FOR ME _ EVER_ IN THE FUTURE

Jason B.I wasn't notified where the dropbox was located. My truck was locked in the gate for three days. Bc they closed early on Saturday ( at 12:00) didn't tell me they was closing early until I was halfway to my destination . They move my truck the third day out of the gate and charge me for three days. They changed me for a full tank of gas when there was only 3/4 tank of gas in the truck when I rented the truck. They charged me for 3 days truck rental. Rented the truck at 11:00 Saturday and returned it @ 9:38 Monday.Scammers wouldn't rent from that location. Please don't renters Beware !!!!!!!
