Worst experience yet. They forced me to take a truck w the wrong fuel level marked. After a hr piddling w the locations customer service and call center customer service was told “a note” was made on my account and to not worry just take the truck and all will be fine just bring back w actual fuel instead of what is marked. This is something the customer should not have to worry about, it was an internal problem that I had to call around to get resulted. Still not resolved as I was charged fees since they had the incorrect fuel marked. This is the email I was told to “just show the return location” and I will have no overcharges for fuel Michael Dejaynes on contract 97094436 dispatched with 3/4 of a tank of gas not at 7/8 as displayed on contract dealer location refused to correct the fuel level and told them to just call customer service per customers request I am sending this email so Michael can show the return location this email as well as be advised of cautionary note on the contract stating the fuel level was never adjusted before dispatch. please do not charge this customer for any missing gas. This location did nothing to help me and put me on the road on a 350 mile trip w a drivers mirror that was loose and just pointed to the ground. This place sucks

This location does not have a drop off box. I can’t return the key after I returned the truck through the app. The facility owner does not pick up the phone call. I was so stressed and so upset and I had to hire someone to handle the key to them the next day.

The ability to drop off at night after 9pm. Having to pay an extra day for 2 hours was really a hardship

Really liked this new location and their availability in trucks and hours open. Staff gave excellent customer service. There was an issue with a charge but after discussing it was all worked out.

The location did not open upon specified hours. Had to wait over 30 min. Website did not have updated address and hours of operation. Need to have updated location online and hours too.

Original pickup was at Pats and I was not notified of the change. Waited 45 minutes at Pats to be told it wasn’t there and I had to Green several miles away.

Considering that the "Uhaul representatives" were actually cell phone service people, they did get all the checkout/ check-in computer and vehicle work done eventually and correctly. And they were very courteous and accommodating.
