It was a terrible pickup location. Unsafe location. And the agent didn’t know how to do the process. Took me almost an hour.

The location itself is incredibly sketchy. I felt very unsafe picking up.
JEANNESSA LThis place wasn’t a U-Haul location but a partner location. It was closed when I got there. I had to call someone because I couldn’t find it. I drove around a few times looking for it. I took photos or truck my forgot to take photos of mileage and gas. I had put gas at 1/4 tank and they said it was at 1/8 which I don’t know if I believe. Maybe but it was my error but I didn’t take photos of the tank. Like I said I wasn’t properly educated on anything prior. I put the key in the slot and saw the QR code after and panicked that I missed all these steps. I immediately called customer service panicked but she was nice and put notes. She then called me later asking about drop off then remembered I had called earlier. I got a final bill for $88. I got charged for an extra day .. she said I turned it in 8 minutes late which I don’t see how that could be when the place was closed? I guess since I forgot to do all this it might have been when the place closed it out. I have record of me calling prior to 12pm. I had to take the bus back home. All in all this was a super poor experience. I feel super taken advantage of.
