Use real people for check-in. I booked a 10 ft truck at a major U-Haul facility at Indian School & Eubank in Albuquerque which is closest to my house and expecting to pick-up the truck there. I got a phone call telling me to pick it up further away on Lomas 3 miles further. I brought a friend with me. We found there was no U=Haul facility there. We found the truck beside a post with various signs on it. He had cell phone (I don't use one). The sign said we had to get into the app to rent the truck. We were working with the app when a guy from a used car business came out and took us into his office and rescued us on his computer. Otherwise we may have gotten stuck and not accessed the key to the truck. I expect to pick-up the truck and return it to the facility I have chosen. You added and charged me $6 + for the extra miles you created for the pick-up location change. I found the experience very stressful ( I have heart issues.) I'm inclined not to use U-Haul again or recommend you. I prefer to deal with people, not posts! Jim

Rosarito PHe hooked up the chains wrong. I packed the trailer, left the driveway and the chains dragged. I had to go to the Uhaul.closest to my house to have them connected properly. It was 105 degrees outside and I had a dog. It made.me.2 hours late.
