There should be an agent at this location!! Or at least a working phone number to actually speak with someone. I got to the location, no one there and the reservation text did not provide any info that I had to complete my pickup online. I had to figure that out when I got there. Also, having to wait for the gate to open and no gate code was very frustrating. There was no way of knowing when the gate would open. I had to drive back and forth in and out the gate when it would open, just to park the Uhaul so I could run and catch the gate open to get back to my car that was parked on the outside of the gate. In the pouring rain, getting soaked, and dealing with the return of a Uhaul is so not worth going back to this location.
