After reading through several low reviews, truthfully I was worried about the whole experience as a first timer renting a U-Haul. Whether I was able to pick up my rental truck during closed office hours, my reservation being canceled for whatever reason, or being mischarged after returning the truck. I did consider going with other truck rental services. After the fact, I'm glad I stuck with it because we had no issues, and it was not a bad experience at all! To start, I reserved the 20' truck for a Sunday 8:30am pickup. I originally paced the reservation at a different location the week before. A few days before moving day, I got an email and text that my reservation had changed to a different location. Thankfully, this location was still pretty close to me. The morning of, I pulled into the lot and went through the check in process in the app. This all went smoothly, and we did not require external help. We got the gate and lockbox code and found our truck easily. Truck was clean and had 1/4 gas in the tank. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Before we returned the truck, we filled it with gas to the same spot it had at the beginning of the day. The drop off process was easy as well. Confirmed that the truck was clean and took pictures of the dashboard. We returned the keys to the lockbox, and that was it! My receipt total is the same that was charged to my card. Whole process was seamless, and I'm impressed with the UHaul app which allowed me not to have to speak with a person. I'm very happy with my overall experience and recommend this UHaul rental location for others.

It was a bit stressful but I would make sure that the address was correct for the drop off. When we called the number for the storage unit, they told us they were not affiliated with U-Haul. There was not a key box drop off either.

Jerome JThe equipment is located too far from the sales office. My trailer was boxed in by a couple of other pick up trucks from a neighboring business. When it rains, the water drains where the trailers and other equipment is parked. There are no supplies such as accessories needed for towing.

James SThere should be an agent at this location!! Or at least a working phone number to actually speak with someone. I got to the location, no one there and the reservation text did not provide any info that I had to complete my pickup online. I had to figure that out when I got there. Also, having to wait for the gate to open and no gate code was very frustrating. There was no way of knowing when the gate would open. I had to drive back and forth in and out the gate when it would open, just to park the Uhaul so I could run and catch the gate open to get back to my car that was parked on the outside of the gate. In the pouring rain, getting soaked, and dealing with the return of a Uhaul is so not worth going back to this location.
