The truck was parked outside, but it was a gated facility and no one was available to let us in or provide us with the keys, and no one answered the phone. This created a great deal of inconvenience for us even though we had a 12:30 reservation and arrived on time. We ended up having to go elsewhere and it delayed our entire move.Erica C.

The girl could not access the reservation through her computer. I was kept waiting 45 minutes+ until finally after numerous phone calls she could log in to print out the contract and collect the rental fee. Totally unacceptable!!!!Tracy R.
Inform them of correct information I was told to return the truck the next day at the same location and they were closed all day so it cost me an extra day and extra mileage don't think that was fair and not good businessdouglas G.

I scheduled a 9:00 pickup online. I arrived a few minutes before 9:00 and no one was there and the office was dark. Waited 15 minutes and then called the headquarters phone number. They finally got ahold of him and he told them something came up but he would try to be there in 15-20 minutes. Half an hour later he showed up with some lame excuse. After that fiasco everything went OK.Coeta P.

Was not a normal U-Haul only facility, but a RV storage place, so no storage area there so had to go somewhere else to arrange.. But the U-Haul truck, the reservation, the cost and the rental process was all excellent and personnell there were nice and helpful. So enjoyed the experience and will recommend U-haul to anyone and will use you again when the need arises.Dale S.
We had originally had signed up to pick up at a location close to my house. But 12 hours before pickup we got told we had to go to another pickup location. Then when picking up the truck had to go to the close location for the appliance dolly and blankets.kirk C.

If they are closed for your return they should notify you. They were supposed to be open on Sunday 11/19/14 from 8am till 5pm but were closed when I had driven 25 miles to return the trailer. Not good !!!WILLIAM H.

I had to travel from the Antelope valley, to this location for a one day rental, i live in lancaster, ca . i only wanted a 10 footer, they gave me a 14 footer. charged me for 2 days rental, even though i was just picking up a china cabinet and a table. From sun city! i return the truck in one day paid for 2 days plus the forced insurance, i have my own. no AARP discount, i must let them know. I was cheated!!!roland J.

The location is a little rough. The truck had worse breaks than normal and i've driven huge tricks before. I also think that perhaps there should be better communication between uhaul and the companies it loans its trucks to because he could not answer any questions I askedERIC W.

Sam gave us a truck that had a tire light on. After a few miles we stopped to have it checked out and this U-haul co. told us that Sam had hooked up the car to the tow bar INCORRECTLY and it could've fallen off at any time. Seriously, this is just horrible and could have injured us or others if it was not corrected by a very very fortunate coincidence.JOHN D.
The entrance to this location was very hard to locate requiring me to call them to find it. Once I located it and entered the property, the attendant was very helpful and friendly.Ralph L.

I didn't know I could not return to a different location... it ended up costing me $125.00 extra. I think this is a good piece of information to tell your customers as they are renting a one way trip.ERIC S.
This location was hard to find. The office was unbearably hot & no way to get cooled off. The truck was dirty & the window was so dirty you could hardly see out off it. It also swayed all over the road. The man who checked me out was not very aware of the pricing & kept making me feel like I did something wrong when it was his lack of know how.SUSAN S.

The agent did not want to accept the truck, as the drop-off location was listed as Fallbrook, who would not accept the truck at all - said they had no room. The agent in Temecula gave my husband the choice of paying $35. for him to sweep out the truck,or my husband to sweep it out. He then gave my 80-year old husband a small whisk broom to do the job. He then was not happy with the gas gauge, so gave him the choice of paying $65. for the agent to drive and fill it, or for us to drive the truck to the next town some distance away and get fuel (his suggestion). We later discovered a gas station much, much closer.FRANK S.

The man that I checked in the truck with was rude, and seemed like he felt inconvenienced that he had to do his job. He was not helpful and made me feel bad by getting frustrated and making harsh comments. I will not use this drop off location again, and will tell others to avoid it.CHRISTINE P.
