Pick-up location was at a gas station. Area was rundown. Appeared to be a group of homeless people in the area.

I Returned The Truck, On Time, Clean & With Gas; And Was Harassed For 3 Days Asking To Return The Truck!

Camron GThe cashier at the gas station had never done a check out, so the process took over 30 minutes to get the truck. And the return location is in a very poor area. Returning the truck was almost as difficult and in a really bad part of town. This was a sketchy gas station not a uhaul. I did not choose this location to begin with, so ending up here was really frustrating. In addition the location was 15 minutes away from where I was traveling and moving, so it ended up costing me more money due to the extra mileage to get to and from the pick up and drop off. Very negative experience as a whole
PRESTON BThe location is in a part of town where some serious crimes occur. I was not afraid but would be uncomfortable going late at night. The employee was very nice. He was most willing to print out the receipt so I could see all the fees and taxes. The $19.95/day didn't quite prepare me for what the total cost would be. Thats ok.
Glenda HI said no to the questions, because I took the trailer back on Thursday May 14th, and they didn’t stop to log in the return of the trailer, instead they waited to log the return in on Saturday May 16th and charged me for an extra day. I spoke with Sam who received the return on Thursday. But I am still waiting for a refund. Bad customer service!!!
Jackie RI was supposed to pickup at a different location and get supplies to help move with it. A few hours before I was scheduled to pick it up, they called me and said the person who was using the truck before me needed an e taken and they had to move my pickup place. I mean it was a little more out of the way but it was fine. However I never revived the moving supplies I ordered. I got refunded for it but I had planned on having it and had to move without it.
