I said no to the questions, because I took the trailer back on Thursday May 14th, and they didn’t stop to log in the return of the trailer, instead they waited to log the return in on Saturday May 16th and charged me for an extra day. I spoke with Sam who received the return on Thursday. But I am still waiting for a refund. Bad customer service!!!

I was supposed to pickup at a different location and get supplies to help move with it. A few hours before I was scheduled to pick it up, they called me and said the person who was using the truck before me needed an e taken and they had to move my pickup place. I mean it was a little more out of the way but it was fine. However I never revived the moving supplies I ordered. I got refunded for it but I had planned on having it and had to move without it.
