CHRISTINA CThe interaction was fine and polite but the guy didn't give precise information. I don't know if he just didn't know or if he failed to give me that info on purpose. I was told to just drop it off within the places business hours. No mention of there being another charge if it was dropped off after a certain time other than business hours.

TOMMY WThe online process didn't go smoothly at all but the gentleman inside was very efficient and friendly with getting me in my truck and on the road. Dropping the truck back off was a good experience, only waited a few minutes before someone checked out the truck, confirmed everything was good and I was on my way home.
Robbie POnline check in process was HORRIBLE! Took me over an hour to fill everything in and I still ended up having to wait in line to get the keys. Not the locations fault...purely UHaul and their complicated process. Online check in is NOT easy or quicker.

He is such a big help and will do anything he can to make the rental experience as stress-free as he can. I really cannot say enough positive things about this particular place of business. charlotte rBe more open and give complete answers to questions by customers. I asked how much labor would be to hire a couple guys to help unload! The answer was depending on how long it takes.Didn’t say it was a 2 hour minimum which cost me $277.00 for a half hour of help!!

After reading the review online I completely understand their frustration now. I plan on disputing with my bank.

AMY BI will not rent from U-Haul, at least not from this location ever in the future. Upon arrival to receive my U-Haul truck, the person in charge was extremely rude and not only that I was charged double what I was led to believe it would be. To anyone who sees this do not use this U-Haul location

RICK SThis is my second time renting from this location. Probably my last. The first time I rented a trailer and when I went to pick it up, it had a flat tire. The location had no way to air up the tire or move the trailer. I had to use my personal vehicle to move two different trailers out of the way to get to a serviceable unit. This time I rented a moving van and the check engine light was on and the inside of the front windshield was filthy.. Customer service at this location could definitely be better. Person working the front desk is very short and to the point and does not come across friendly or welcoming at all.
MIKEL MMy van had plenty of pet hair and my clothes was full of pet hair and the van smelled awful other than than it could have been more cleaner

ADRIENNE NThe 15' U-Haul truck we rented leakedwarehoTerribly. The upper shelf storage was soaked & nearly a half inch deep in water. The entire box of the truck leaks as well. Our boxes got wet & some furniture got wet, as well. It is drying out in uor garage now and se a ms it will be ok. I would THINK that U-Haul would TRY to rent a dry truck, when.they were calling for Massive Storms & Severe Flooding here in Central Indiana..... ALSO, the lock on the truck box door, would NOT unlock. When I got home, I oiled the lock & key myself and was finally able to get it to work. We rented your U-Haul truck to store our Boxed items & furniture in for 4 days, sitting in our driveway, while we had new carpet installed in our home. We put a TOTAL of 5 miles on your truck. I have rented from U-Haul on MANY occasions ,& have Never been so disappointed, in our lives. When I complained about the truck leaking, I was told "OH they all leak" & That's a quote.. Steven BI had a very frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. When placing my order, I accidentally selected 4:00 AM instead of 4:00 PM—an honest mistake. Rather than reaching out to confirm or clarify the timing of my reservation, the owner simply canceled my order without any follow-up. When I tried to address the issue, the owner was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, adding unnecessary stress to an already inconvenient situation. The lack of communication and courtesy was incredibly disappointing. This could have been a simple misunderstanding resolved with a quick call or email, but instead, it turned into a poor customer service experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I expected better from a trusted company like U-Haul, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those standards.
ROBERT KI smelled like weed after standing in the building for 10 minutes. I hauls system was down and the guy kept trash talking u hail about how terrible they are and he didn’t control himself well. He can’t backing up from the computer and putting his hands on his head with frustration trash talking u haul when the system wasn’t doing what he wanted. The truck had dents along the side of the truck and bird feathers inside the wind shield and a hole on the handle inside. Appeared to me someone shit something inside the cab of the truck but I don’t know. He didn’t explain anything to me about hooking up the trailer. I had to go purchase an adapter to be able to tow it with my Tahoe.
cody sThere are too many trailers and trucks on this site. Hard to maneuver. I rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer which pulled great. Why in God's name are there no jacks on the trailers? At least the enclosed ones. You expect one old man at the store and the client to pick up a ~200 pound tongue weight trailer and put it on a hitch? If I would have been an elderly person, or refused to help, there is no way the gentleman running the store could have put the trailer on my hitch by himself. We had a helluva time. Get some jacks!
VINCENT BThe A/C was not working properly. The only airflow came through the defroster.
STANTON BThe truck I rented turned out to not be suitable for the task and I had to return it within hours. I understand contracts and whatnot, but I was disappointed at the rigidness of being charged for an entire 24hrs plus insurance. I believe a partial refund would have been fair under these circumstances.
