roerta bIt was slow to talk to the guy and do the paperwork when I had already done everything on the app. UHaul needs to allow me to pickup trailers using only the app. Or at least leave the people onsite for only the final inspection. Speaking of inspection, the lights on the trailer were not working correctly and only I noticed not the person there. They would not allow me to swap the trailer for one of the 4 other on site ("Those are local-only"). Due to time pressure I took it anyway.
Wayne SSlow service, disregard to our need to pick up and get going efficiently, visible chunks of DIRT all over floor of truck box, dirty interior, man in charge didn’t stick around to look over the truck with us or tell us we were free to go or anything. He just pointed at it and kept walking. I had to go back in and ask him if we were free to go. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
