My reservation got changed to a new location due to lacknof availability. When changed Uhaul changed my insurance selections without my confirmation. I originally declined insurance, didn't know they added it until I received my final bill via email.

The inside of the truck was clean. The back not so much. I swept out what I could. Customer service was definitely A1. I appreciate him and his super friendly puppy.
