The U-Haul computer system was so slow that they got very backed up. 3 of the last 4 times I rented a U-Haul (from multiple locations) in the last few months, the computers were down or so slow they might as well have been. I have rented from three different locations in the last few months. It is always the same on the weekend. I was supposed to get a $50 credit from the guaranteed reservation, but I have not seen it on my account.

I stopped in 3 days prior to the rental to make a reservation for a 15’ truck and 12 moving blankets. When I got there and waited for my turn, I was informed that Uhaul changed my reservation to a different location and they changed the size of my truck. The ruck was an absolute piece of garbage. It would not accelerate and it kept dying. The entire experience was horrible.

Carol DI got overcharged even though I brought back my vehicle early. The truck was clean, but there was a cockroach in the cab of the truck.
Spencer JThe owner of the place where rented was rude and was charged for an extra day. The trailer was brought back a day early in fact. Not a day late. But was still charged. I called and they didn’t fix the issue or refund my money. The trailer had a broken concrete paver inside when I picked it up. Was not clean. The floor was oily inside the trailer. Was not the experience I had hoped for.
