We dropped off the truck after hours so we didn't see inside the building or any personnel. There was no clear direction on where to park returns.

Nothing all went extremely well,pick up to drop off.Ron and his wife were so kind and helpful when I dropped off the 6x12 trailer. From my experience I found UHaul personnel to be very accommodating and friendly people,please keep up the great work.

The worker, possibly owner who was running the front desk for pick-up was incredibly rude and obnoxious. They clearly had overbooked having dozens of customers arriving at the same time to pick up their rentals. With only two people working, they were severely short staffed and obviously stressed. Instead of handling this mix up in a professional manner, the man at the front desk took out his frustrations on the customers, acting incredibly rude and even yelling at certain points while we all just stood there dumbfounded at his behavior. I will never come back to this location and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it all costs. Those who don’t know how to run a business lose business. My suggestion for improvement would be to get the front office worker into an anger management course so he can learn how to handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully.

I had a great experience at this location! Convenient, clean, reasonable. I had come in winter just after some heavy snow and ice so the driveway though fairly safe and easy to manage was a little unnerving but it was obvious that efforts were made to clear the incline for safety.

I put 7 miles on truck added 2 gallons of fuel and was still charged 22.50 fuel charge uhaul will NOT be getting any more of my business

Location is cramped, horrible entrance/exit and not enough parking available. Staff was friendly, but actual truck was trash. Avg on clean but mechanically trash .

Make sure all rentals are clean before the next rental. There was dog poop on the step up to get into the U-Haul. The guy working was busy helping someone else, so I took it upon myself to get some napkins and spray to clean it. The very nice man did offer to put me in another rental, but I declined due to the fact that I had already switched rentals because the first one was blocked in.

Reserved it 4 days prior to needing it. Had to wait 40 min to pick it up at the location. Guy got short with me for being late. Also ordeee 12 blankets he only had six blankets but failed to load them or give them to me. Was supposed to drop the trailer off Im South Bend. I told him that but he set it for Laporte but told me to just drop it off where I had originally asked for but when so pulled it up on the app it told me an hour out of my way to South Bend. Guy in Greenwood let everyone know he had been doing this for 30 years. He knows all except how to do his job. Won’t ever go back.

I’ve rented from this location numerous times and I’ve never had a problem. John is a refreshing person to deal with because he is straightforward and doesn’t take any BS which is what I like but I highly recommend this location and it is a joy to work with him. Thank you.
