GREGG HI was shuffled from 2 Bloomington locations by your company not having a 15 foot truck The guys in greenwood were great But due to a lack of communication between Bloomington and greenwood I was overcharged Greenwood corrected after we spoke about it The process of booking was fine but the lack off trucks in Bloomington very disappointing
MICHAEL CVeteran owned and very knowledgeable. He was able to recommend the right type of hitch to improve towing ability and safe handling.
RICHARD RThe "manager" (wears an arm brace) in charge is RUDE and should not someone customer's ever have to deal with. I prefer self check-in on the app when picking up an U-Haul. He yelled at me for looking for my truck that I rented because the app told me to go look for it and gave me the license plate number. The older and bald manager, again, yelled at me because I should have come inside instead since their open. He said he wasn't going to give me my keys if I wasn't going to come in; meaning he isn't following any of the online steps and processes that he should be. He disgustingly and weirdly told me "he was watching me the entire time while I was standing outside". I'm also allergic to dogs and he has some chihuahua walking around licking me on the legs. He was so confrontational I didn't feel comfortable telling him I'm allergic to dogs because it would have seemed to be my fault and problem based off his attitude and how he deals with customers. He needs to be watched and monitored at all times or you will continue to have poor ratings. I was so HAPPY when I was allowed to drop it off by myself after hours so I wouldn't get harassed by this horrible man.
Kirsten RIm trying to get a refund. Having been sent over 50mi for a truck that should have been in my town like it was reserved and confirm to be is bullshit.
BRANDON WCheap rentals, but they need to work on their customer service. They were rude and yelled at multiple customers while we were there. Did not feel safe. Tight parking lot that can be difficult to navigate when full.

GARRETT GMan running the store was a jerk, treated me like an inconvenience for renting a truck. Berated other customers on the lot. Will never use uhaul again.
Andrew MI was charged for insurance without consent. Did not select it in my online reservation and the man at the office added it on without my permission. The customer service has been very friendly at UHaul in trying to help me. It is annoying that I have to go through this refund fight now for insurance I did not ask for.
CHARLES PThe truck was old, poorly maintained, and struggled to go over 45mph. It sufficed for a short distance move, but I would be terrified to do anything more than that with it.

JAMIE LCustomer service is always a little suspect but you put up with it for convenience. AC didn’t work and it was 90 degrees. Windshields always need cleaned. I’ve had to clean them tbree of my last 4 rentals just so I could see.
Michael DFor future transactions, it is recommended to avoid stating that only the difference will be paid. Instead, focus on the refund process, as not all clients may have substantial funds readily available.
CHRISTINA CThe interaction was fine and polite but the guy didn't give precise information. I don't know if he just didn't know or if he failed to give me that info on purpose. I was told to just drop it off within the places business hours. No mention of there being another charge if it was dropped off after a certain time other than business hours.

TOMMY WThe online process didn't go smoothly at all but the gentleman inside was very efficient and friendly with getting me in my truck and on the road. Dropping the truck back off was a good experience, only waited a few minutes before someone checked out the truck, confirmed everything was good and I was on my way home.
Robbie POnline check in process was HORRIBLE! Took me over an hour to fill everything in and I still ended up having to wait in line to get the keys. Not the locations fault...purely UHaul and their complicated process. Online check in is NOT easy or quicker.

Treasea HThe 2 gentlemen i worked with on pick and drop off were both very nice and helpful.. My only issue with this location was the lot was small and there was very little room to be able to get in and out of the location.

He is such a big help and will do anything he can to make the rental experience as stress-free as he can. I really cannot say enough positive things about this particular place of business.
