The employee working was great, however the location itself was not that great. We did early check in and still spent over an hour at this location because they decided to only have one employee working on a busy Saturday. And online I rented 4 furniture dollys and come to find out they only had one. And told me to go buy my own. If it you aren't able to rent them, it shouldn't be an option.Michelle L.

Check maintenance records. The change oil light was on when I picked up the truck. I don't know if it was past due for an oil change, or if the tech who changed the oil last simply forgot to reset the system.DENNIS H.

I'm not happy that we were charged for the safe mover even though on line I declined the coverage. I noticed the charge after we picked up the truck and I received an email. My husband signed for the truck so he didn't think twice to check the receipt.Dennis A.

Even though the store said it was open, there was no one there, no one to help. Just a telephone number on a sticky note on the door. They didn't even check it in until after I received a call from another location wondering where the tow dolly was, they actually had to call them and tell them to check it in. The truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas. The passenger window had been left down and it was snowing. The exhaust was extremely loud and the exhaust smell was very strong.David B.

When I made my initial reservation I had selected different pick up and drop off places. A day before my order they changed the pick up to this location which has only been open for about a month. They are right off SR 37 and in the middle of highway/road construction. I was able to navigate this, but then the person in charge removed my drop off location, told me to call when I get there to set up my drop off. Also I did not see any "no cash accepted" on the website, so I planned on paying some cash and the rest on credit card. When I went to pay cash the man said we do not accept cash and pointed to their no cash for U-Haul rentals sign. After I got to my destination, I was checking my account online and my charges showed $5500 instead of the $1200 (which I paid via credit card) and showed my drop off location as my pick up location???. What is the point of making a reservation if U-Haul is going to change the pick up and drop off sights? I will to say they were very nice and hooked up my trailer no problem. However, for the 6x12 you really need a jack installed on these trailers as it takes 2-3 people to lift them. I was by myself (I am 61) and had to purchase a hand jack, wheel chocks and jack stand as I had to unhook my trailer due to my apartment location. I should have been better prepared for the unexpected issues (construction traffic, jack) but to remove the drop off sight was ridiculous.Dale W.
