To have the booked and guaranteed trailer in stock when picking up. Had to downsize to a smaller trailer, the size of trailer costed me an extra $100.00 of fuel because hade to make 2 trips. So the trailer was delivered late by 1:07 hrs and charged for 2 days.Denis L.

When the trailer lights did not work on the auto transport trailer, the employee took the initiative to attach the trailer to another vehicle to find out if the problem was with the trailer or the truck. The next morning, a mechanic was dispatched to look at our truck. He found and fixed the issue with a fuse or relay in the truck. Everyone we dealt with at this location were professional and helpful.Darren D.

UHaul associate was unknowledgeable about the process. Wanted to pay for one-way out of town truck with gift card and she said I have to pay for it on drop-off location (untrue) and she cannot find the drop-off location that I wanted on my end destination. I ended up with a useless $500gift card and a full amount charged on my credit card. This location needs more training!Jainee B.

Uhaul itself (Not Grime Fighters) needs to sharpen their website and give call centre agents actual inventory information. Tried to book on website....5x9 trailer...wouldn't work..so I called...they said only 6x12 available...not what I wanted...but accepted it for my task. Next morning get a call from an agent closer in Alberta TRYING TO SEND ME 3 hours away for a 6x12 trailer. I refuse, she then suggests a 5x9 trailer IN THE CLOSEST TOWN TO MY LOCATION which was what i wanted initially. A head shaker for sure! When we got to Grime Fighters we were greeted warmly...treated so well. Everything went smoothly picking up and dropping off...but the initial process was cumbersome...and unnecessary as it could have been avoided had 1. The website worked or 2. The call centre agent know what inventory was in my preferred pick up location. Sooooo Grime Fighters gets FIVE STARS...the website and call centre? Maybe 3 at best and that is ONLY because the call centre agent was very kind and polite.Danielle L.

I reserved online in my home city, the reservation was held in a town 100 km away with no reduction in cost for me, so my personal vehicle did a 200 km round trip and the uhaul did an additional 100 km. There should be some reduction in cost for this to offset the extra gas I had to burn, or the uhaul should be delivered to the place I reserved it at.Dustin W.

Location attendants were excellent. However, your reservation system is faulty. At pickup, my reservation came up at 50% greater cost than I was quoted at the time of the reservation online. No apparent reason for this. Proper costs were restored by cancelling and rebooking on-site with no issues. Additionally, I picked up at 7pm for a 2-day reservation. At 3:57pm on the return date, I received a text message that my return time was for 4 pm, virtually immediately, which was not possible as I was enroute. Not sure where the glitches are, but they are certainly disconcerting to say the least. Renter beware: Always check the details at pickup.Ronald W.

Place a block/pad for under trailer jack. Arrived to hook up to auto transport trailer, jack on trailer sunk in the ground, fully extended. Could not get under hitch, staff very understanding, no complaints regarding staff, but unable to assist or provide a jack-all to raise trailer. I needed approx. 3" to get under it. No choice as I am from Lloydminster and did not want to go back to Lloyd (100km) for a jack, I decided to let enough nitrogen out of back tires so I could hook up then drove to Gas Bar (2 blocks) on semi flat tires to top up air. When I returned to drop off trailer I brought some wood with me to put under trailer jack. Just as I finished unhooking trailer your rep came out with a board, did not need now but was nice to see she hadn't forgotten and did have a board ready for my return so next user would have no problem getting under hitch. All in all staff (she) was great and trailer was safe and operational.JIm A.

The trailer was dropped off at 3:30 and we picked it up at 4:00 so no time for the girl working here to clean it out but should be the responsibility of people who rented it. Had a strong smell of beer. I had to sweep and scrub and air it out before hauling my sons bed and such in it.Melody O.
