The Drop off procedure was very lengthy. Many U-HAUL units have an American Speedometer/Odometer. A conversion is necessary to calculate your amount owing. Upon offering this information to support the staff member, I was ignored as the staff member continued to work diligently to attempt to solve the mix up. The staff member knew the numbers were showing incorrect as for distance travelled. I offered the information that it could be that the Miles need to be converted to Kilometers. She continued working to solve the issue, but could not hear or was not taking my input. Thirty minutes had passed by this time and the staff member was busy helping others at the second register as well. She was busy. After assisting other customers the staff member returned to me and explained she would phone her area manager for assistance. Upon doing so, the issue was solved. The staff member said ‘ it is the conversion from miles to kilometers that has the numbers not adding up correctly, that happens to me every time’ I believe this could be a good location if properly staffed to meet demand. After 45 minutes I had the keys returned and was on my way. The staff member was either too busy to hear what I had been saying, or completely disregarded it. I hope this is good feedback because this location has potential Thank you

The drop-off location got switched on me. The original conversation I had on the phone when I booked the trailer to when I went to drop it off, the location was switched, but at the end, it all worked out.

Dan DGood experience, only issue was upon pickup the hitch for the trailer was frozen into the ground & we had to bust through a lot of ice to get it out. If there could be wooden blocks under the hitches (regardless of the weather) I think that would be a great touch. Otherwise good experience, and the gal who helped us get things "unstuck" was very kind!
