Good experience, only issue was upon pickup the hitch for the trailer was frozen into the ground & we had to bust through a lot of ice to get it out. If there could be wooden blocks under the hitches (regardless of the weather) I think that would be a great touch. Otherwise good experience, and the gal who helped us get things "unstuck" was very kind!
