The staff at this location look after you properly as well as professionally .The equipment for the most part was OK.How ever always seems to need repair.

I reserved a 20' truck because I had a whole house to empty but when I picked up I was only allowed to take the 15' truck. It was not big enough and now I have to rent another truck to get the rest of my stuff

Dmitry TOnly complaint is no jacks on trailer hitch. If you don't have something to put hitch on, you have no way to raise or lower hitch.
