If you’re dropping off after hours, make sure you get clear instructions on where to leave the keys\. There was no drop\-off box and the gate was locked, so I ended up taking the keys home and having to come back the next morning after searching on google to figure out what I was supposed to do\. I eventually found information advising if no drop off mail box is viable to leave them inside the truck , but this should have been clearly stated in the after\-hours drop\-off instructions\. I dropped off around 1 a\.m\., and while I don’t have an issue with the homeless people in the area, having to walk around looking for a drop\-off box at that hour made me feel unsafe\. Clear instructions would have made a big difference and prevented an unnecessary and uncomfortable situation\.

FRANCISCO RI used mobile pickup option and went into the market. I had difficulty communicating with the attendant there. I do not know Spanish so he called a woman on the phone and sent her my license picture and he handed me the key to the 10’ truck. After using it 6 miles and a little over an hour and a half I parked it in their lot and handed the key back to the same guy. The truck was never returned in their system and had to deal with the corporate customer service representative. Dillon was very helpful and assured me that it will be rectified. Just today (4 days later) it was corrected.

Djasur OThe equipment was not well maintained. The windows were hazy and grimy and it was hard to see out of them. The location did not open in time delaying my move but I was never compensated for the delay and inconvenience..
