nobody at this facility had any idea how to process a rental. it took over 1 1/2 hours to get it done. I paid full price for the vehicle, and I had to do the entire rental process on my phone. They waited until I was in the middle of taking all of your stupid pictures of the vehicle when the idiot decided to pressure wash the vehicle. I had to ask for the hand truck that was ordered which took them 15 minutes to get. all and all a ridiculously long-drawn-out process for what should have been a quick and easy transaction. The next nearest uhaul to me is 50 miles away and you can believe the next time I need a truck I would rather drive and pay for the extra 100 miles round trip than rent from this facility again.

Corporate switched the size of truck I rented last minute, which it required me to make two trips and use more fuel and cost more money and then tried to get me to take the truck to Reno at an additional cost to me. The local location people were very helpful.

Gordon BThe online process was not intuitive. The location did not have an internet signal, so I had to go home to use internet. U-Haul did not provide a code online for the key box so the attendant had to manually open it. The key box assigned to our rental truck contained the wrong key. The attendant found the correct key in the RETURN KEY BOX. Except for the attendant who was very helpful, it was a stressful experience.
Kirk BBusiness was closed on Sunday when I dropped off truck. Drop off was simple with the U-Haul app. Prompted to take several photos of the truck and then left the keys in the drop box.

KRISTA BSuper happy with the help I received at this location. The pick up process was super simple. The only issue I had was with Uhaul policy regarding gas. I had filled the tank and returned it with a little over 1/4 tank more than when I picked it up. I was informed upon dropping off that there is no recourse. Honestly, this part stinks. But overall my experience was super great, other than that.
