It would be nice if the air conditioner worked continuously. It was quite hot out and the cool air would have been nice.

The online process was not intuitive. The location did not have an internet signal, so I had to go home to use internet. U-Haul did not provide a code online for the key box so the attendant had to manually open it. The key box assigned to our rental truck contained the wrong key. The attendant found the correct key in the RETURN KEY BOX. Except for the attendant who was very helpful, it was a stressful experience.
Kirk BBusiness was closed on Sunday when I dropped off truck. Drop off was simple with the U-Haul app. Prompted to take several photos of the truck and then left the keys in the drop box.

KRISTA BSuper happy with the help I received at this location. The pick up process was super simple. The only issue I had was with Uhaul policy regarding gas. I had filled the tank and returned it with a little over 1/4 tank more than when I picked it up. I was informed upon dropping off that there is no recourse. Honestly, this part stinks. But overall my experience was super great, other than that.
